The King of Kings

This blog focuses on the differences between Christianity and Islam. Of course, when talking to Muslims, it is often best to discuss similarities of the two religions in order to build a bridge of communication. However, at some point, the truth starts standing out and can no longer be suppressed. Yet these issues need to be handled with reverence and respect (1 Peter 3:15). Sometimes these distinctives are not caused by an issue of doctrine. Instead, they occur because characters on the two opposing sides of the grand eternal spiritual struggle are referenced identically. The hero is called the villain and the villain is called the hero. To see this in action, consider the one who is entitled “The King of kings”.

In the abstract, the title “King of kings” refers to an absolute ruler. It indicates complete and utter sovereignty, such as the kind that God alone possesses. Thus, in the New Testament the title “King of kings” is given to the only one worthy of it, God. Sometimes the title refers to God the Father, such as this reference from 1 Timothy 6:14-16.

14 that you keep the commandment without stain or reproach until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15 which He will bring about at the proper time—He who is the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of lords, 16 who alone possesses immortality and dwells in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see. To Him be honor and eternal dominion! Amen.

Other times the title “King of kings” refers to God the Son. These references appear in the book of Revelation, where Jesus is fully revealed as the King of kings (Revelation 17:14). This title of King of kings is so important, it will even be inscribed on His garments when he returns to earth (Revelation 19:16).

At this time when the true King of kings is being more fully revealed, massive events are underway. A great battle will occur and the unholy trinity of Satan, the beast, and the false prophet will be dealt with. The beast and false prophet will be thrown alive into the lake of fire (Revelation 19:20). Satan will also be thrown into the lake of fire after being bound for a 1,000 years (Revelation 20:2, Revelation 20:10). As the enemy of God, Satan is constantly trying to undermine God’s purposes. Yet his doom is guaranteed when the King of kings, the Almighty Sovereign, hands Satan his ultimate defeat. From Satan’s point of view, this Sovereignty of God must be the most terrifying aspect of God.

So what does any of this have to do with Islam? As it happens, in Islam the King of kings is a name that carries a much different connotation. While the term never appears in the Qur’an itself, it does appear in the Hadith, the traditions of Muhammad. In Sahih Bukhari, the most trusted and reliable Hadith collection within Islam, we learn something about Allah. Here is what Muhammad says about Allah and the name “king of kings”.

Allah’s Apostle said, “The most awful name in Allah’s sight on the Day of Resurrection, will be (that of) a man calling himself Malik Al-Amlak (the king of kings).” [i]

Within Islam, the most odious and fearful name from Allah’s point of view is the one calling himself the King of kings. It’s also written within the Islamic literature that Allah’s wrath will be targeted at the one calling himself the King of kings. From another well respected Hadith collection, Sahih Muslim,

Abu Huraira reported from Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) so many ahadith and one of them was this that Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: The most wretched person in the sight of Allah on the Day of Resurrection and the worst person and target of His wrath would of the person who is called Malik al-Amlak (the King of Kings) for there is no king but Allah. [ii]

Let’s recap. From the Christian point of view, Satan is the enemy of God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. It is God who alone who holds the title “King of kings.” In the end times Satan will target his wrath at the King of kings, who is God. Yet Satan is in terror at this name because by it his plans to battle God will be thwarted. Conversely, from the Islamic point of view, it is Allah who despises this name “King of kings” and it is toward the one calling himself this title that Allah will pour out his wrath.

So exactly who is it that despises the one calling himself “King of kings?” Is it Allah or Satan?

      • Mark says:

You don’t seem to know much about Jesus and his titles. Saviour, Lamb of God. Jesus told Pilate John 10:18 No man taken it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have the power to lay it down, and I have the power to take it again. This command have I received from the Father.

  2. Bahi says:

Revelation 1:7-8 New King James Version (NKJV)
Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.
“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”

  3. So you are saying that Muhammad was alarmed that ” MALIK-AL-AMLAK”
“The King Of Kings” (Y/eshuah) ( Jesus )
will be there to expose him as the False Prophet ?

    • I am saying that both Allah and Satan are in terror at the one who is “king of kings” and that both Allah and Satan will pour out their wrath on the one who refers to Himself in this way.

      • Edwin S Bedford says:

G/Day Robert. Shalom ! I have had to move away from the English translations since my retirement, due to the errors, mainly in, translation. I am not going to compete with the incredible gift that Yahweh has bestowed upon you, it is wonderful to see what Elohim is doing with the youth in these last days.
At the birth of our first son Nathan in 1972 we felt that the responsibility of raising a family was beyond our capabilities and so we had our children dedicated to Yahweh. I was very lucky that I wasn’t brought up in religious circles and it wasn’t till I was 19 that I started searching for ( God ) ( Not that he was lost ) Alcohol, drugs, tobacco took a long time to shake off, but you must never dwell on the past as Lucifer loves to use this. Keturah and Caleb came 10-12 years later ( Keturah was Abraham’s 2nd wife and Caleb was the 1st to enter the promised land. I picked the name “Keturah” from a Negro Spiritual singer in the States called “Ketty Lester” “Love Letters”.
I am not a good speaker or writer, but Yahweh has laid the gift of Watchman upon me so I would like to reveal some controversial subjects to you if you would allow me the privilege. Not this time, as I wouldn’t like to waste your time in case you are to busy. One subject that is now able to be revealed
is the subject of Torah. If you look into what the West calls the Old Testament, and read through the first roughly 550 pages you will find something very odd. Considering the Jewish people claim that they read and believe the Torah, it is surprising to not find the word Jew until we get to 2nd Kings Ch 16 v 6. If this is a shock to you please be at peace as this is a revelation and I would never lead you away from your faith in (Your Lord Jesus Christ) that is not his real name but that is for later. If you would read the first 550 pages and pray about this you will find that the word Jew should not be in the Bible, and that is what I mainly read from now,www.isr-messianic.org

however I do confer with numerous scriptures to verify. Have a look at this Bible as there is quite a bit of info on why we should read from it. I am going to leave it here and let you think about what I have said, if you know what I am revealing please let me know. It has taken many years to have this revealed to me and lots of anger, and this revelation would not have happened if our father who fought in ww2 had not passed away. I will explain more if I get a reply from you. Yahweh my Elohim bless you and keep you in these troubled times, regards Stuart Bedford.

        • Ed,

By all means share what is on your mind. I am not quite sure where you are going. I know the word “Jew” does not appear until much later, as the Israelites are called Hebrews earlier on. I am failing to see any possible implications of this fact.

      • Cynclaire Woods says:

Your understanding of Islam is lacking.
We do not deny the greatness of Yeshua (a.s.)(me personally my love of him moves me to tears), we simply believe that it’s presentation has been twisted and distorted through the ages. It’s a fact that the Bible and Christian doctrines taught from it came at a disturbing amount of bloodshed from the hands of those that claimed to be followers of the Messiah. I was led to Islam mainly because I found that the book I held in my hands was questionable as the ORIGINAL word of God.
It couldn’t be fully trusted to deliver the unadulterated truth and therefore the teachings built upon it couldn’t be trusted either. I never lost my faith that there was an Almighty God (my life was and has continued to be filled with undeniable signs of His merciful existence) just that what has been said about God(s.w.t.) to and in turn Yeshua and all the others within the Bible could not be accurately gleaned from what we call the Bible. We do not deny that there is a King of Kings; this is God and God alone. Yeshua was absolutely a King. As Messiah he could be no less. But even he kneels before the Throne of God and submits to His will and rule. We don’t believe he personally ever thought nor refered to himself as The King Of Kings. It is our belief that some titles were never claimed by him and the ones that were have been sadly misunderstood. Even his own followers next to him did not fully understand all that he said and did. Man can barely fully understand his own self let alone his brother and even more so one connected to God like Yeshua was. Truth told how can we 2000 years claim to have absolute certainty about what he said and did? Even I myself am not arrogant enough to mistake my beliefs for fact. This doesn’t discourage me though. I (and all Muslims) believe in the return of the Messiah and it is on that day and the day of resurrection that all will come to know the Truth with certainty. I feel like I digressed… Anyways it’s not that we don’t believe there is a King of Kings we simply believe that it’s God and that those that came way after Yeshua gave him that title and that Yeshua never set himself up with that title nor as his equal. Just because God is within me and I am within God does not make me God. Metaphors…metaphors…the spiritual have always spoken in metaphors because the things of the Spirit are beyond words. Even your version of the Yeshua’s life presented him as one that constantly spoke in metaphors and parables. Yeshua, in my humble opinion, has always appeared as a Mystic whether I was Christian or Muslim. In a sense I never stopped being a follower of Christ and it is what I had as his teachings that led me to Islam and the teachings presented by Muhammad (s.a.s.). How can I be equal to one I pray to for deliverance? How could Yeshua? Yeshua did command. But he himself followed commands from the Most High. God prays to no one. He beseaches none to rescue Him if it be their will. He ask none to pass His cup. It makes no SENSE to say that Yeshua is King Of Kings nor that he claimed it. I’m not a scholar just a common man with common sensibilities. True God and his ways are BEYOND our understanding however this doesn’t mean He is irrational nor does He expect us to believe in irrationalities. Stay blessed. And hopefully I’ve given a clearer insight into our world. Peace Be Upon You All.

        • Cathe says:

The only way to follow Jesus Christ is to have a personal relationship with Him. He died for us! The message of the cross is the greatest message on earth. He loves us, not only as our God, but as our brother, our best friend, our Savior!! Muhammad was a pedophile; he disrespected women (that’s putting it mildly) because his god teaches women are inferior and are not deserving of life. They are flawed in a way that can’t be helped. When my God created mankind, He saw that it was good. But when the Islamist god created mankind, he saw that women were not good. My God loves me as he loves my husband. There is no difference to Him. I know I will be with Him forever for He promises that in His Word. There will be no virgins in heaven for me or anyone else to have sex with through all eternity. That is not biblical, nor is it sensible.

          • Bash says:

Just a quickie. Assuming you are a Trinitarian (i.e., father, son and holy ghost/spirit equals one god…because if you’re not you would be considered a heretic)…your ideology is irrational. That rationale being that Jesus, God, had died for us. Rationally, is if he is immortal how can have died for us? Another rational thing, if no one believed in God before Jesus, what makes you think they would believe after him? Maybe one day you Christians will actually read the Bible from the beginning to the end instead of from the end to the beginning.

          • Cathe says:

Jesus was both 100% man and also 100% God. Remember, the Bible was written for believers. Others will never understand.

          • Cynclaire Woods says:

Abraham had a DIRECT relationship with God. So did Adam, Noah, Moses, Samuel, David, Ezekiel, Elijah, etc. etc. It’s not until we get to the new testament that you find the idea that we needed an intermediary. In the Sahih Translation of the Noble Quran chapter 56 verse 16 says: “And We have already created man and know what his soul whispers to him, and We are closer to him than [his] jugular vein”
We have a deep and personal relationship with God that needs no intermediary. In my own experience He has guided me and spoken to me in a way that I could NEVER deny His existence power and grace.
As for women. I will be the first to say that there are those who claim to be Muslim that horribly oppress religion with the supposed justification found within Qur’an and Hadith. If you actually STUDY the history of Islam and not take some Islamaphobs rhetoric. You will find that women are COMMANDED to be regard as equal to men. It is within Islam that women had the right to property, divorce, and having a voice within the community the likes that their contemporaries within Christian realms did not enjoy. Consider this: many of the traditions (sunnah) and sayings (Hadith) of Muhammad considered legitimate are based on the word of women. In the realm of mystical spirituality I would say the one held highest above high out of all the teachers was Rabi’a a WOMAN. As in Christianity people within Islam have used the religion for nefarious means that upon investigation have no actual bases within scripture. Mary is mentioned more in the Qur’an than in the Bible. The Qur’an says the only measure of ANYONES (male, female, black, white, etc.) superiority is their piety. And only GOD can make that judgement. Consider this too. Within the Qur’an, it is only Adam that is mentioned in relation to the fall of man. It is solely upon Adam that the responsibility of this fall is placed. Within the Bible and Christian tradition it is Eve that bears the brunt of the blame and it is through this false teaching that for the longest time women have been regarded as lesser at best and outright an enemy onto man at worst. Ask yourself why is it that in countries with a predominantly Islamic culture that you have more than a few actual heads-of-state where in Christian American we have NEVER had one. Why is it within these same countries there are more female representatives than in Western countries especially America (51% of the population is female yet this MAJORITY has a minority representation at about 21%. Mademoiselle I did the math myself and was heated.)…do your research.
As to Muhammad: people have always slandered the righteous.
Jesus was called a servant of Satan by the his detractors. I’m not even going to waste my time entraining the lies perpetuated throughout the ages.
Sister I’m glad you have faith. I don’t agree to a lot of your perspectives and I’m dismayed at the misconceptions you carry but o want you to know that as God and Jesus loves you I love you and I wish nothing else that you continue to experience the blessings God has laid out for you.
            Peace be upon you Mademoiselle.

          • bash,

You claim that God being able to die is irrational. To a casual observer, that would seem to be correct. However, as all-God all-man, God could die in human form.

Does not the Qur’an claim that dying is the utmost manner in which we can show love? If so, than how is that your religion claims that I could love more than God? Since I could die and Allah cannot, I can love more than Allah. Explain the rationality of that to me.

As you would say, do your research.

          • Bash says:

            Robert,
God…a shape shifter…lol. Did you know “god” did not name himself in the Torah? The use of the word “god” is actually incorrect…the ACTUAL translation is “I am as I am”. On that note…the Creator is as he was, is as he is and will be as he was in the beginning…Eternal…indescribable, incomparably, immutable. How can you compare anything that has been created to that which existed before ALL creation? (Reflect on the first commandment)

Mistake Robert. No, dying is not the utmost manner we show love, prayer is the utmost manner in which we show love of the Creator. (check jewish prayer times…the same prayer times rabbi Jesus followed) therefore, the rest of your argument is moot.
For us who worshipped the Father and believed in the Father before there was a “son” (aka, greek demigod), there was no need to create something else to deitify…if that was the case…he could had created the golden calf 🙂

          • bash,

I am glad to see that you don’t believe the Qur’an. It specifically grants paradise for those who die in Allah’s cause, a reward given for no other action.

[3.157] And if you are slain in the way of Allah or you die, certainly forgiveness from Allah and mercy is better than what they amass.
[3.158] And if indeed you die or you are slain, certainly to Allah shall you be gathered together.

You have two choices, believe the Qur’an that death is a sure ticket to paradise, thus showing that death is the ultimate act of love, thus proving that Allah cannot love as much as we can, thus showing we can do something Allah cannot, thus disproving Islam. Your other option is that God can love better than we are able, thus God must be able to die, thus God sent His Son, who is God Himself, to die for us.

            Your choice.

Robert, you are like a person who has a drivers license…but doesn’t know how a car works. Nevertheless, as usual, you guys can take one sentence and misapply/take out of context. To further explain martyrdom…i give you this:

In his book Ad-Daa’ Wad-Dawaa’, Ibn Al-Qayyim explains the hadith of the first three to be thrown into Hell on the Day of Resurrection. He says:
“from Abu Hurayrah, who said, “I heard the Messenger of Allah say, ‘ Verily, the first to be judged on the Day of Resurrection will be a man who had died as a martyr. He will be brought forward. Allah will remind him of the favours He had bestowed upon him and the man will acknowledge them. Then He will ask him: `What did you do to express gratitude for it?’ The man will reply: `I fought for Your Cause till I was martyred.’ Allah will say: `You have lied. You fought so that people might call you courageous; and they have done so.’ Command will then be issued about him and he will be dragged on his face and thrown into Hell. Next a man who had acquired and imparted knowledge and read the Qur’an will be brought forward, Allah will remind him of the favours He had bestowed upon him and the man will acknowledge them. Then He will ask him: `What did you do to express gratitude for it?’ The man will reply: `I acquired knowledge and taught it, and read the Qur’an for Your sake.’ Allah will say to him: `You have lied. You acquired knowledge so that people might call you a learned (man), and you read the Qur’an so that they might call you a reciter, and they have done so.’ Command will then be issued about him, and he will be dragged on his face and thrown into Hell. Next a man whom Allah had made affluent and to whom Allah had given plenty of wealth, will be brought forward, Allah will remind him of the favours He had bestowed upon him and the man will acknowledge them. He will ask him: `What did you do to express gratitude for it?’ The man will reply: `I did not neglect any of the ways You liked wealth to be spend liberally for Your sake’. Allah will say to him: `You have lied. You did it so that people might call you generous, and they have done so.’ Command will then be issued about him and he will be dragged on his face and thrown into Hell.”

And the wording, “So these are the first of Allaah’s creation the Fire will be kindled with on the Day of Resurrection“

            More to follow.

          • Bash says:

This is the basis of Islam. Martyrdom IS NOT one of the “pillars” of Islam

Umar ibn al-Khattab reported: We were sitting with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, one day when a man appeared with very white clothes and very black hair. There were no signs of travel on him and we did not recognize him. He sat down in front of the Prophet and rested his knees by his knees and placed his hands on his thighs. The man said, “O Muhammad, tell me about Islam.” The Prophet said, “Islam is to testify there is no God but Allah and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, to establish prayer, to give charity, to fast the month of Ramadan, and to perform pilgrimage to the House if possible.” The man said, “You have spoken truthfully.” We were surprised that he asked him and then said he was truthful. He said, “Tell me about faith.” The Prophet said, “Faith is to believe in Allah, His angels, His books, His messengers, the Last Day, and to believe in providence, both its good and its evil.” The man said, “You have spoken truthfully. So tell me about excellence.” The Prophet said, “Excellence is to worship Allah as if you see Him, for you do not see Him but He certainly sees you.” The man said, “Tell me about the final hour.” The Prophet said, “The one asked does not know more than the one asking.” The man said, “Tell me about its signs.” The Prophet said, “The servant girl will give birth to her mistress and you will see barefoot, naked, and destitute shepherds compete in constructing tall buildings.” Then the man returned and I remained. The Prophet said to me, “O Umar, do you know who he was?” I said, “Allah and His Messenger know best.” The Prophet said, “Verily, he was Gabriel who came to teach you your religion.”

To understand the martyrdom in islam…you must go to the Torah first. These places, Kedar, Dedan, Edom, Temah, Median are ALL in Arabia…the home of Abraham’s first born Ismael. The Prophet m Muhammad fulfilled the second part of the prophecy of the “two riders” (the first rider, Jesus in Jerusalem on an ass, the second, Muhammad arriving in Medinah on a camel). The history is when the Prophet Muhammad’s message was spreading, the arab tribal pagans tried to kill him, hence he fled to Medinah from Mecca. As a matter of self-presevation because the pagans were oppressing the muslims, a war ensued. This fulfilled this bible prophecy:

            Isaiah 41
1The burden of the desert of the sea. As whirlwinds in the south pass through, so it cometh from the desert, from a terrible land.

2A grievous vision is declared unto me: the treacherous dealeth treacherously, and the spoiler spoileth. Go up, Elam! besiege, Media! All the sighing thereof have I made to cease.

3Therefore are my loins filled with pain; anguish hath taken hold upon me, as the anguish of a woman in travail: I am bowed down so as not to hear, I am dismayed so as not to see.

4My heart panteth, horror affrighteth me: the night of my pleasure hath he turned into trembling unto me.

5Prepare the table, appoint the watch; eat, drink: arise, ye princes, anoint the shield.

6For thus hath the Lord said unto me: Go, set a watchman, let him declare what he seeth.

7And he saw chariots, horsemen by pairs, a chariot with asses, a chariot with camels; and he hearkened diligently with much heed.

8And he cried [as] a lion, Lord, I stand continually upon the watchtower in the daytime, and I am set in my ward whole nights.

9 — And behold, there cometh a chariot of men; horsemen by pairs. And he answered and said, Babylon is fallen, is fallen; and all the graven images of her gods he hath broken unto the ground.

10O my threshing, and the corn of my floor! What I have heard of Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel, have I declared unto you.

            A Prophecy against Edom

11The burden of Dumah. He calleth to me out of Seir, Watchman, what of the night? Watchman, what of the night?

12The watchman said, The morning cometh, and also the night: if ye will inquire, inquire; return, come.

            A Prophecy against Arabia

13The burden against Arabia. In the forest of Arabia shall ye lodge, [ye] caravans of Dedanites.

14Bring ye water to meet the thirsty! The inhabitants of the land of Tema come forth with their bread for him that fleeth.

15For they flee from the swords, from the drawn sword, and from the bent bow, and from the grievousness of war.

16For thus hath the Lord said unto me: Within a year, according to the years of a hired servant, and all the glory of Kedar shall fail; 17and the residue of the number of the archers, the mighty men of the sons of Kedar, shall be diminished: for Jehovah, the God of Israel, hath spoken.

            Jesus is NOT god:

            John 7

“16 Jesus therefore answered them and said, “My doctrine is not mine, but [that] of him that has sent me. 17 If any one desire to practise HIS will, he shall know concerning the doctrine, whether it is of God, or [that] I speak from myself.” (See, Jesus states god…is not himself)

          • bash,

If I were wrong, you wouldn’t need multiple messages to prove it, one would suffice.

Nevertheless, as for your Hadith, I can quote you various Hadith espousing dying in jihad as the ultimate act of sacrifice. Are you not aware of these?

Also, you speak of context. That’s good. Here is the summary of John 7. 37 Now on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. 38 He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’” 39 But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.

Hmm. What is Jesus saying here?

          • Bash says:

I’m sure you can quote various hadith about martyrdom…you will find what you are looking for…that’s what’s in your heart. You choose to disregard even the prophecy in the bible i provided…but it is not as if this is unexpected. Muslims have been arguing with christians for a millennium…and we keep win the argument…that’s why yall are scared and hateful. But…will you search the power of prayer, mercy and empathy? I think not. But…it’s ok :-). I have plenty of christian friends who see me as a muslim…and still are friends.

            Maybe…he is alluding to this:

            Jesus’ Warning

            (Acts 23:12-22)

1These things I have spoken unto you that ye may not be offended. 2They shall put you out of the synagogues; but the hour is coming that every one who kills you will think to render service to God; 3and these things they will do because they have not known the Father nor me. 4But I have spoken these things to you, that when their hour shall have come, ye may remember them, that I have said [them] unto you. But I did not say these things unto you from [the] beginning, because I was with you.

            The Holy Spirit Promised

            (Joel 2:28-32; John 14:15-26; Acts 2:1-13; Acts 10:44-48; Acts 19:1-7)

5But now I go to him that has sent me, and none of you demands of me, Where goest thou? 6But because I have spoken these things to you, sorrow has filled your heart. 7But I say the truth to you, It is profitable for you that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Comforter will not come to you; but if I go I will send him to you. 8And having come, he will bring demonstration to the world, of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9of sin, because they do not believe on me; 10of righteousness, because I go away to [my] Father, and ye behold me no longer; 11of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.

12I have yet many things to say to you, but ye cannot bear them now. 13But when *he* is come, the Spirit of truth, he shall guide you into all the truth: for he shall not speak from himself; but whatsoever he shall hear he shall speak; and he will announce to you what is coming. 14He shall glorify me, for he shall receive of mine and shall announce [it] to you. 15All things that the Father has are mine; on account of this I have said that he receives of mine and shall announce [it] to you.

I have no problem with this Robert…why should I? Every era has its prophet’s whom the people of their time were to follow. In Islam we know one of the questions asked of the people in the grave will be…who is YOUR prophet. In islam, there will be christians and jews in paradise because they did as did their respective prophets told them to do…worship the One god, the I am, that I am. In Islam, Isa (jesus) is referred to “allah’s ruh”, his spirit. Jesus was given prophecy at birth and yes…Jesus is the messiah, but he will come back to those who upheld “the law” as he did, not to those deemed “unclean” as in the parable of the king’s son wedding. Paul (that false prophet) rejected the Mosaic law. Paul made claims on Jesus that Jesus himself did not pronounce.

In all this..you failed to acknowledge the prophecy from Isaiah…why? Is it because you recognize “the prophet from Galilee”, the one who arrive in Jerusalem on an ass…like the prophecy foretold? You DON’T believe in the bible…you believe in the dogma created by a misguided persecutor of messiahi (what christians were originally called) called Paul. Isn’t it odd that the new testament is more about what Paul said rather than what Jesus said?

          • bash,

Thank you for agreeing that their are Hadith regarding the superior status of martyrdom. My wishes have nothing to do with their existence. So the question stands. Since I could die, how is that I can love better than Allah? Or do you prefer to keep ignoring the question by generated a dozen new ones for me?

Secondly, thank you for quoting passages from Acts, which was written after Jesus was resurrected. Acknowledging Scripture written AFTER the resurrection disproves Islam. I’m not sure what you attempting to do here other than undermine your own religion. By all means, let’s keep talking about what happened after Jesus rose from the dead.

Thirdly, your quote is from Isaiah 21, not 41. This is an obscure prophecy to say the least, but by all means, if you want to discuss Isaiah 21 feel free.

And what conversation would be complete without you bringing up Paul. This was the man who spoke to the resurrected Jesus and recognized Him as Lord, the man whose message was corroborated by other disciples, the man whom the Spirit explicitly chose to spread Jesus’ message, and the man whose writings never disagreed with anything Jesus said. What about Paul?

          Hello
Thank you for your very kind words and your heart for God. Please take time to check out a teaching pastor on YouTube. Mike Winger. He has many videos. He did a series on how we got the Bible. I think it will be of interest to you because it will answer why we can be certain that God delivered His word and that He has preserved and protected it through history. I hope you will check it out Jesus multiple times made himself equal to God. He called himself the Good Shepherd. God is the Good Shepherd in the psalms. Apologia Studios and James White have made videos where they show Jesus call himself God and even where God the Father calls Jesus God.
May God bless you and direct you into all His ways and truth as I pray He guides me.
Thank you again for how kind your words were.

            Thanks

        • JonT says:

How has the story of Jesus been polluted? We have documents of the New Testament, in their original language (Greek) dating extremely early (about 125ad). If they were polluted in those few decades, that would be strange (that’s quite fast for massive fundamental pollution of a text), but even so, the Quran itself says to read and know the New Testament, and that it was a word from Allah. The Quran was given centuries after our earliest documents of the New Testament, so the New Testament he was telling people to read would be the version that we now have access to. Additionally, no where in all of Islamic scripture does it say that the Old or New Testaments have been polluted (which is why the Quran would say to read them).
Therefore, either the Quran tells Muslims to read a polluted New Testament (which would be bizarre), or the more likely situation, both historically, textually, and based on Islamic theology and the Quran, is that the New Testament hasn’t been polluted.

        • Tosaino says:

You’re indeed ingnorant upon everything you stated here. If God is king of kings, why then Allah needs to waged wars against Him. In fact, you don’t think straight before you made your comments. Lemme use this opportunity to tell you that what led you to Islam want you going to hell fire. Been in Islam is like been in Hell fire. You have to study Quran very well. Quran denied the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ -4:157 meanwhile, 19:33 confirmed His death. Though it left for you to decide whom to follow.

        • Alan Patterson says:

It appears that you understanding of the Lord Jesus is unclear. You deny the greatness of Jesus because you’re denying His Deity. You deny His death on the cross and you deny His glorious Resurrection back from the dead. Everything about Islam sadly deceives people and the history of Islam is 1400 years of rape murder of oppression and death and fear

        • Sharon Nolen says:

God is the creator of the entire universe and man. He has one son, Jesus, who is our savior.
The Islamic religion was started by Mohammed, who was brought up in by his parents in a pagan religion that was polytheistic. Allah was the pagan moon god, who had three daughters.
Mohammed chose this pagan deity to be their god.
Muslims state that that God and Allah are the same God. This is totally inaccurate.

The Christian God fears no one, and has the power over of life and death. Allah fears fears the King of Kings on judgment day. If he was a true god, he wouldn’t have any reason to fear anyone.
Has anyone ever seen or heard of a Muslim prophet healing the sick, or raising the dead back to life?

There is only one true God! Satan is hard at work mastering his skills of deception, so he can take away as many souls as he can to hell.

        • Cynclaire Woods says:

Bash let it go… On a side note. Ezekiel 18:18 of their own scriptures obliterates the doctrines of original sin and therefore Isa’s need to die for the Sims of man. It’s just one of the many ways that the truth to their being misled is found within their own scriptures. That verse led me to a lot of investigation of the Bible and then the eventual understanding that what I was told was the perfect word of God had been horribly adulterated. I wasn’t even looking for it. I was simply trying to read the Bible cover to cover and discovered the deception. I was heartbroken distraught and scared. Who could I trust? At that point I prayed for guidance and came upon Islam. It’s truth even in translation was apparent. In it’s original language it’s almost tangible. But I got there bc I was willing to be honest with myself and have an open mind. You cannot debate with them. I’ve even played devil’s advocate with the Quran; questioning and testing it and the more I tried the more it stood in strength. They’re to afraid to do such a thing with their own Book. And fear is one of the most blinding emotions we have.

          • Bash says:

They are scared because they believe they have a moral authority that is being undermined by the reality of islam’s spread. They are scared because they see Islam as foreign…eventhough…it has the exact same roots of the bible. They are scared because people are leaving christianity in general and converting to islam in particular…especially since most of us were raised in this Christian society and actually have read the bible (from front to back and not the other way around). For those who see “god” as being “white” it is even more distressing because of their racism. They see all these “inferior” people of color not acquiescing to their facticious “dogma”. None of these people even know how their ideologies came to be. They don’t know about non-Trinitarian christians. They don’t know about the atrocities against them. They don’t know that they are suppose maintain the “jewish” traditions as did Jesus. They don’t know about the iconclast. These ignorant people don’t even kmow which “church” is the oldest. But…they do know dogma, hate, racism, intolerance, propaganda, nationalism. They say they love yet they will bomb the shit out of ya. It wasn’t muslims who detonated nuclear bombs. It wasn’t muslims who created “racism” through “scientific” means. It wasn’t muslims, unlike the christians, who forced people to become christians or be made slaves (check Pope edicts and the Inquisition). They had a 600 year head start…and islam is in their face…and they don’t like it.

          • Cynclare,

In another thread, it was pointed out how critical context is. Here is the context of Ezekiel 18.

1 Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying, 2 “What do you mean by using this proverb concerning the land of Israel, saying,

‘The fathers eat the sour grapes,
But the children’s teeth are set on edge’?

3 As I live,” declares the Lord God, “you are surely not going to use this proverb in Israel anymore.

The verse has nothing to do with original sin. I’d be curious to know where you got that idea.

          • chanah says:

yes, true fear is one of the most blinding emotions we have, and that’s one of the reasons why muslims are terrified of leaving islam, you know afraid of losing 1’s head you are familiar with the apostasy law??? question why did you stop at Ezekiel 18:18 why not read the rest of
            Ezekiel 18
18 As for his father, because he cruelly oppressed, despoiled his brother by violence, and did that which is not good among his people, lo, even he shall die in his iniquity.

19 “Yet say ye, ‘Why? Doth not the son bear the iniquity of the father?’ When the son hath done that which is lawful and right, and hath kept all My statutes and hath done them, he shall surely live.

20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.

21 But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed and keep all My statutes and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live: he shall not die.

22 All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him. In his righteousness that he hath done he shall live.

23 “Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die, saith the Lord God, and not that he should return from his ways and live?

24 But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? All his righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned: in his trespass that he hath trespassed and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die.

25 “Yet ye say, ‘The way of the Lord is not equal.’ Hear now, O house of Israel: Is not My way equal? Are not your ways unequal?

26 When a righteous man turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity and dieth in it, for his iniquity that he hath done shall he die.

27 Again, when the wicked man turneth away from his wickedness that he hath committed, and doeth that which is lawful and right, he shall save his soul alive.

28 Because he considereth and turneth away from all his transgressions that he hath committed, he shall surely live: he shall not die.

Who claims they are the great deciever? Where does he say that? Where is he? Why are you talking in riddles? we the Christians for believing in HIM as our SAVIOUR are saved from hell
        John 11
20 Then Martha, as soon as she heard that Jesus was coming, went and met Him; but Mary sat still in the house.
21 Then Martha said unto Jesus, “Lord, if Thou hadst been here, my brother would not have died.
22 But I know that even now, whatsoever Thou wilt ask of God, God will give it Thee.”
23 Jesus said unto her, “Thy brother shall rise again.”
24 Martha said unto Him, “I know that he shall rise again at the resurrection on the Last Day.”

        25 Jesus said unto her, “I am the resurrection and the Life. He that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live;
26 and whosoever liveth and believeth in Me shall never die. Believest thou this?”

27 She said unto Him, “Yea, Lord, I believe that Thou art the Christ, the Son of God, who should come into the world.”

  8. Haris says:

Which verse in the Quran does it say this?About the king of kings and allahs wrath against him?

    • Mark says:

      It’s in the Hadith

      • Cynclaire Woods says:

Keep in mind to that the wrath isn’t proclaimed against Yeshua for he never called himself that. The Bible especially the new testament is a bunch of books selected by the hands of man not miraculously written by God. The followers of Christ have been horribly misled and deceived by unrighteous men bent on perpetuating and maintaining their own agendas. WAKE UP my brothers and sisters in faith. STUDY YOUR HISTORY! INVESTIGATE THE WHOLE OF THE BIBLE. YOUR FAITH IS WITHOUT QUESTION BUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE IS LEFT WANTING….do not be deceived by the works of those evil ones who say they were representing the authority of God and His beloved Messiah. Peace be upon you all. And may the Our Lord guide us.

        • Sonia says:

          Hi Cynclaire,

The are many well read, reverts in Islam, converting back to Christianity. Christians are in not mislead, you cannot expect an unbeliever to hear the voice of God, as note I the bible ‘…God’s words are a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my part…’

Every student of the bible hear and understand the Word. You clearly didn’t hear Him.

May I ask you to study the findings of Jay Smith whom have presented the textual Critics findings on the Quran of professors Puin and Prof. Patrica Crone.

Mr Smith provides excellent evidence showing the 6 oldest Quran do not match the existing 1924 Quran in every Muslim home.

  9. Quiet Rider says:

While the term never appears in the Qur’an itself, it does appear in the Hadith, the traditions of Muhammad. In Sahih Bukhari, the most trusted and reliable Hadith collection within Islam, we learn something about Allah. Here is what Muhammad says about Allah and the name “king of kings”.

Allah’s Apostle said, “The most awful name in Allah’s sight on the Day of Resurrection, will be (that of) a man calling himself Malik Al-Amlak (the king of kings).”

  10. Sonia says:

I have taught this to my grandchildren, allah is the image of Satan.

They understand and hopefully will never join this evil demonic religion. Where I live, muslims have been brought into my community by the coachload. They have seemingly (on the surface) integrated. But, on entering their homes by invitation you are immediately dragged into a debate on religion. I fear NO man and will inform my Muslim neighbour of the similarities of allah to Satan. Yes! They argue, they become agitated. But, dot debate with someone whom have spent 12 years studying this demonic creed.

May the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob bless all whom call upon him.

    • bash says:

images are NOT allowed in islam as it was not allowed in the bible. Remind yourself of the first commandment. There is no “image” of god. Images were for the pagans and the heathens who worshiped men, graven images, spirits and nature.

      • Bash,

You are correct that images of God are strictly forbidden. In Islam, so are images of Muhammad. What conclusion can you draw from considering both of these facts in conjunction?

        • Bash says:

You missed the point…THERE IS NO IMAGE OF GOD. You can not explain, contrive, perceive, within the known and unknown universes, anything that can adequately describe the One that created the all. Unfortunately, European Christianity had been beseeched with an inaccurate, misleading, racially biased, presumption of islam. As you, your kids learned mathematics, science, geography and were told that man was created in God’s image then went on to create a white god called jesus and you saw yourselves as him, you used all these things gained from the same people you disparage. Semitic people’s origins are african origins, african linquistics, your scientific method was pioneered by Moors, your numbering system (arabic numerials) was given to the west by muslims. Your church was sucking out bad demons with leeches while ex communicating davinci. It took 325 years for western Christianity to “decide” who OR what “god” was and THEN decided on “the trinity”. Then came the protestants who said the the Catholic church…the church of the west was what?…wrong? Please tell me you are not that ignorant of the truth of western Christianity…the same Christianity that justifies forcing people to become Christians…or become slaves. The same western Christianity that forced a pluralistic society that educated europe through Spain after 700 years of muslim, christian and jewish intergration into exile…based on race and creed. You know…the Inquisition. Jesus…is not god, Moses is not god, Muhammad is not god, Buddha is not god…but they all worshiped the One. I don’t care if you accept the last prophesied prophet Muhammad, but don’t think your breaking the first commandment is going to be accepted by Jesus or forgiven by his Creator.

          • Bash,

I would love to dispel many of your misconceptions regarding Christianity. However, we must stay focused. If you would like to answer any of questions individually, I would be happy to do so.

But back to the main point. If it is God who is not able to be pictured, than why do Muslims say Muhammad can not be pictured?

            It’s a very simple question.

        • Cynclaire Woods says:

          Robert,
Now, now let’s not be obtuse.
It’s the whole of chapter 18 that I found interesting. The Jews were basically saying they were being held accountable for the sins of their predecessors. Ezekiel went on to refute this claim. He summed up his point point plainly in verse 20 with:
“…The child will not share the guilt of the parent, nor will the parent share the guilt of the child…”.
Now this rocked me. Because for as long as I’ve lived I was told that because Adam had sinned I was covered with that sin. That before I took a breath of air I was guilty and was damned. And therefore, Yeshua had to die to absolve me of this Original Sin. And then I read here in Ezekiel that God commanded him to say that a man is responsible for his own sins. Not his father’s nor his son’s. So…when did that change? How did we go from being accountable for our own deeds to being accountable for the deeds of others?. I tell you true that I was doing nothing more than trying to read the Bible from cover to cover. That’s it. I whole heartedly believed in all I’d been taught and come upon this. There was a conflict here that no one, layman or clergy, could resolve. So I put it down and just trusted in God because I could not longer trust it as the true word of God. Then I found the Qur’an and in it found no conflicts as I studied it. And since then I’d say I’ve lived truer to the message of Yeshua than I ever did before Islam. I’ve never felt so close to God as I do now. It’s funny to me how hard people try to make Allah out to be something separate than Yahweh or Elohim or El-Shaddai or the One Yeshua prayed to in the Garden the one He cried out to calling Him “Eloi”… whom he called Father (which is a completely different discussion). Anyway we believe there was a Torah and Psalms as well as a Gospel delivered by Yeshua. We just say that what we have is a sad shadow of those original scriptures and that the ideologies held by the followers of Yeshua aren’t accurate. That’s it. But for me this is back and forth is just something I do to fill time. I’m comfortable with my beliefs and everyone else is with theirs. I don’t like the misconceptions people have but that’s really on them. Above all else I’m comfortable with other people having their own personal faith especially if it’s driving them to be more compassionate, less judgemental, and feeling spiritually fufilled. To you your way and to me my way.

          • Pat says:

Seriously? Found no conflicts? Then you have NOT read the Quran. The description of Allah in the Quran matches EXACTLY with the description of Satan in the Bible. Where does sperm come from? According to the Quran it comes from between the backand ribs. It is now known it comes from the balls. Where does the sun set? According to the Quran it sets in a pool of water (because the Earth is flt, according to the Quran. The Quran says the Bible is perfect but Muslims say it is corrupted. Who started Islam? According to the Quran, it says 3 different things. The soldiers who chased Moses, Abraham, and Muhammad. The Quran says that it was handed down in parts but then it also says it was handed down all at once, which is it? There are DOZENS of discrepancies like these in the Quran. How many of our years does it take to equal one day of God? 50,000 or 1000? Both are mentioned in the Quran. You have obviously never read the Quran. I have studied it for 15 years and Allah, in reality is SATAN. Islam matches with being the anti-Christ, EVERYTHING. It matches where the anti Christ comes from (Mecca). It is trying to implement their own laws on humanity, as prophesied about the anti Christ. They have their own calendar as prophesied and thousands of years ago, when Gideon defeated the Midianite’s who has the crescent moon symbol God said he would tear off the crescent symbols at the end the same as he did then. You are on the side of Satan, my friend. The prophesies as told in the BIBLE are coming true right now. The countdown started May 16, 1948 when God said that NOT ONE GENERATION WOULD PASS WHEN ISRAEL RETURNED TO HER LAND (May 16, 1948), BEFORE JESUS WOULD RETURN. It was prophesied that the Temple would be destroyed three times and rebuilt. It has been destroyed three times and rebuilt twice. So, watch it get rebuilt a final time. It was prophesied that Israel would get Jerusalem back, that happened in the war of 1967. It was prophesied that when Israel returned they would never be removed from her land again. Ni matter how big of an army Islam has they have NEVER been able to defeat tiny little Israel. Why do you think that is? That means we are in the last days. The prophecies are being fulfilled from the BIBLE, not the Quran! The Quran is part of Bible prophesy because it was also prophesied that the anti Christ would behead Christians for the name of Jesus. Who is beheading Christians? Yep, Islam. There are so many prophesies being fulfilled and in the process of being fulfilled right now. You better get on the right side. But maybe your name is not written in the book of life. Who else matches even those few things? Their own laws, their own calendar, beheading Christians, and having the crescent moon symbol?
            Only Islam.

          • Cynclaire Woods says:

            Pat,
Surely Christians have NEVER killed other people for their religion. Christians have killed more Christians than anyone else so that’s out.

            https://www.quora.com/Why-does-the-Quran-state-that-semen-originates-from-a-spot-between-the-backbone-and-ribs
            Nuff said. On that.

And there are many other scientific discoveries being made today that are spoken of in the Qur’an.

How good is your Arabic Mr. 15 years? Crappy if it even exist at all. I get the impression you’re reading TRANSLATIONS of the Qur’an and not the QUR’AN.

It states that the Torah was sent down as well as Psalms, and a Gospel (Injeel) given to Yeshua. Never said a thing about THE BIBLE.
There are several Gospels according to So-And-So.
Where is the Gospel according to Yeshua?
As to the Torah and Psalms:
            http://failedmessiah.typepad.com/failed_messiahcom/2011/08/the-tanakh-as-it-was-the-evolution-and-change-of-the-hebrew

These aren’t Muslims findings on the Jewish Text. This is taken place in Jerusalem. Jewish people on their OWN text. People that have every reason to bury this work are discoverying and publishing the truth.
Things that the Jewish clergy have known for ages.

So. We believe very much that there has been revelation. We just believe that what we have is NOT the original revelation. Proven by both Jewish and Christian scholars. Anyone that has actually studied the history of the Bible knows that MAN has picked the books that would compose the Bible. Even amongst yourselves you have experienced the REMOVAL of books from the Bible. Why is that Protestants have 66 books and that the Catholics (the older of the two sects) has 72 books in their Bible?

Sunnis and Shiites unfortunately (stupidly) go at it like cats and dogs but even THEY share the exact same text within the Qur’an.

For all your satanic cant it’s been my experience within America that it’s the so-called Christians that have spewed hatred and negativity at Muslims on a regular basis. Not the other way.

And please give me full quotes from both Qur’an and the Bible that describe Allah as Satan.

          • Cynclare,

Regarding Christians killing others, you are correct. And you can read about why it happened in one of my other articles. The short version is that Christians tried to act more like Muslims.

            http://unravelingislam.com/the-crusader-inversion/

As for man picking books of the Bible, you have your history wrong. Men didn’t pick them. They had already been selected by the Holy Spirit. What men did was to acknowledge those books which had already been chosen by God.

  11. Pat says:

You go!!! It is unbelievable how many Christians, especially christian leaders who defend them.

    • Bash says:

It is a biblical tradition. No images. Throughtout all those years of Judaism.,,all those prophets…where are their pictures? Images..give a false depiction, a misrepresentation of that which is to be revered. The focus is on the creator…not the creation. Think about this…have you read the accounts of how Jesus looked? Does it fit the false image presented? So, when these people say they “saw god” meaning jesus…who are they really seeing? Is it a devil putting thise false images and ideas in their psyche? Muhammah, like ALL 124000 prophets sent to all of mankind guided to the creator, not to themselves. Was Buddha a buddhist, was jesus a christin, was muhammad a mohammadian…no. What was Abraham…he wasn’t a jew. God said “I am that I am”…at that time and now…it is unseen, indescribable as it is…immutable. Jesus is as he is…a man a man of god he is as he and others had seen him. Unfortunately, those with unclean hwarts saw him as god despite him saying it is all God’s doing.

      • chanah says:

it is not forbidden in Judaism to draw pictures of their prophtes I have paintings of Abraham Isaac also of Shara, hmm what 124,000 prophets would that be can you plz tell where they went and what did they preach as fare as I know no islamic prophte ever came to Denmark Germany or Sweden, can you prove otherwise
Isaiah 6 21st Century King James Version (KJ21)

1 In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and His train filled the temple.

2 Above it stood the seraphims; each one had six wings: with two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew.

3 And one cried unto another and said, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of His glory.”

4 And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke.

5 Then said I, “Woe is me! For I am undone, because I am a man of unclean lips and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; for mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts.”
        Exodus 3:6
Moreover He said, “I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” And Moses hid his face, for he was afraid to look upon God.

Abraham was a Hebrew so was Joseph Isaac Ishmael and Moses

  12. Quiet Rider says:

Those who practice the Islamic religion have learned how to be two-faced. When they need to make allies of their enemies, they are as friendly as a human being can be. But as soon as they get the upper hand, they turn in a flash and their true colors start to show. It sounds an awful lot like the anti-Christ, doesn’t it, during the seven years of tribulation that’s talked about in the book of revelation?

    • Pat says:

To Bashir: The Quran is referring to Jesus as the King of Kings even though most Muslims do not realize it. The Quran says at the end times, Allah will hate the king of kings the most. The Bible calls JESUS The KING of KINGS! That can only be Jesus. Who hates Jesus the most? Satan. Who is allah? Satan! The Quran description of Allah matches EXACTLY with the Bible description of Satan, The best deceiver, Taqiyya-lying and a bunch of other descriptions of Allah all match to Satan. . Who is the father of lies? Again, Satan. When did Muhammad say he was a prophet? He didn’t. He referred to himself as a terrorist. “I have been made victorious with Terror.” Did Allah create the universe? That is funny considering, according to the Quran, Allah does not know how to count to 100. If you read the Bible, you would find out the truth as many other Muslims found out when they read it. The true God is Love, Not the hate that Allah and Muhammad spew in the Quran and Muhammad’s hadiths. I can show you dozens of sayings in the Quran that prove Allah is Satan and Jesus is God. Why is there an entire chapter in the Quran dedicated to DEMONS? Why do the demons say the Quran is good and they will follow it? Because it is good for the followers of Satan. Why do you worship a black rock in the Kaaba and believe it used to be white but it absorbed so many sins it turned black. Only the real God can forgive sins. Why does the Quran call Jesus the “Word of God,” and the “Spirit of God?” Is the word created or creator? Why is Jerusalem not mentioned in the Quran but Muslims want it as their capital? Why can the Muslim Countries NOT defeat tiny Israel, no matter how big of an army they have? Because the REAL GOD said Israel would NOT be removed from her land. Israel IS GOD’S CHOSEN PEOPLE. Why is Jesus Love and say to LOVE your neighbor and Allah said to KILL CHRISTIANS AND JEWS? Would a real God create a race when he can’t destroy the ones he has already created? Why would he continue to create Jews? He is unable to defeat Israel as it is. Why is it that Muslims who read the Bible realize they have been lied to their entire lives and Christians are people of love and Jesus DID acknowledge being the Son of Godand then the become followers of Jesus and have love in their hearts, even for their enemies and those that hate them?

      • bash says:

Lie…Isa (Jesus) will return…but it will be like the parable jesus gave of the king, his son, the wedding and those who attended…but were unclean. Now…the question for Christians (less so than Jews) is what is considered “unclean” to the Creator?

        • bash,

What a great question. Here is what God says regarding this issue in John 3:18,

He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

          • Bash says:

325 years…do your homework. The council of Nicea. 325 years to “figure out” who or what god is or isn’t. I’ll stick to the first interpretation that was not intermingled with greco-roman pantheism…the first commandment that required no interpretation. Is that ok? Maybe not since you believe it wasn’t good enough for the jews. I believe in Jesus…but god is not wak enough to need someone to do his work.

          • You seem eager to point out that the Trinity was not officially adopted as a Christian doctrine until the fourth century. It is true that the church officially voted at the Council of Nicaea to clarify doctrinal positions. However, your view reverses cause and effect. The Council of Nicaea did not cause the Trinity to be standard Christian doctrine; the standard and well-accepted doctrine of the Trinity resulted in the effect of the Council codifying it in order to avoid later confusion.

The Council needed to put language to what the disciples first preached and every Christian for 325 years had been saying. If you would like to discuss Biblical passages which illustrate this point, I would love to do so.

    • Pat says:

Islam IS the anti Christ. The description of Allah in the Quran matches EXACTLY with the description of Satan in the Bible. Think about this. The anti Christ will push their own laws (Think Sharia) and have their own calendar as Islam does. The description of where the anti Christ comes from matches with Mecca, the birth place of Islam. Many people including Christian leaders think it will be Rome because Rome sits on 7 hills but so do 75 other cities including Mecca.

      • Cynclaire Woods says:

Noticed you had nothing to say about everything else.
Noticed you STILL didn’t provide scripture.
The term Antichrist only appears twice in the Bible and one of the things about him is that he denies Yeshua as having been Messiah (1 John 4:2-3) odd… The Qur’an (and therefore Muhammad) confirm Yeshua as having been the Promised Messiah. So… Your Antichrist proclamation is out. Especially because Muslims too pray against the evils of the False Messiah. So we pray against ourselves. What was it Yeshua said about a house divided when he was called Satan by the Pharisees? Oh yeah:
“…Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand. 26 If Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand?” -Mathew 12:25-26
So we warn, pray, and strive against both Satan and the antichrist yet we serve them.

Get this amateur out of the ring.

  13. Bashir Gaalib says:

Once again…you people have taken things out of context. First…Isa(jesus) is the messiah. Two, people called him “king of kings”, he did not refer to himsrlf that way. Three, in terms of Islam, the “king of kings” statement is not referring to Jesus. It referes to those who see themselves as kings…case in point…President Drumpf (Trumps real family name…a good nazi name). Also, these sayings are a countdown to return of Jesus…as certain things must pass and this “king of kings” is a mindset of the rulers of that time. You people can’t pull things out of context just to justify your position…that is deceitful. You have non muslims who haven’t even mastered the four languages of the bible trying to interpret a language…google can’t even translate correctly. Do yourselves a favor…if you really want to know the truth about muslims and islam…ask one…not someone who is prejudiced.

    • Quiet Rider says:

Are you a Christian? I’m sorry, but if you’re an Islamist, I do not believe a word you say for you follow a ‘god’ that admits he is the greatest deceiver and he requires his followers to lie on his behalf.

      • Pat says:

Quiet Rider: Islam is the Anti Christ. Even the Quran says so. They turn everything in the Bible backwards. 666 is a good number (to them), The beast is good. Jesus comes back to punish the Christians and tear the crosses from them. And much, much more. If you know the Bible, just turn everything around. What is good in the Bible is bad in the Quran and what is bad in the Bible is good in the Quran.

        • Quiet Rider says:

Yes, I know. Jesus teaches us to love our enemies. The Islamists teach to kill those who do not believe as you do. The God of the Bible is the God of Truth. The Islamists, on the other hand, follow a ‘god’ that teaches deceit and boasts about it. The ‘god’ of Islam is actually Satan, the Great Deceiver, which is what he calls himself in the Quran.

  15. Pat says:

Bashir, By the way I have studied Islam for many years and yes even with some ex Muslims and ex Imams. You, as most Muslims put things into the context that fits what they want to fit. Cse in point. Muhammad said Allah was a single God and then he said he had a wife and daughters but then when his followers complained that Allah was not alone he switched back and said that he had been misled by Satan. Why is that? Answer my questions, Why can’t Allah count to 100? Why have the Muslims been unable to defeat Tiny Israel? Why does the Bible say that Gideon defeated the Midianites and his last act was to tear the crescent symbols from their neck and that Jesus would do the same thing at the end? How did they know thousands of years ago, that God’s enemies would have the crescent moon symbol? Why was Muhammad wrong when he said that Men’s CUM came from their backs, when it is known now it comes from the balls? Why did Muhammad not know he was going to Heaven or Hell? Why was he unable to heal the sick, raise the dead, or as the Quran says, create a bird out of dust like Jesus? Why was he not called the word of God or the Spirit of God? Why did Muhammad marry a six year old and have sex with her when she was 9 years old? What other REAL prophets did not perform miracles? He was no prophet. He slaughtered innocent people, killed children, took female captives as sex slaves and many more acts of terror. The Quran admits Jesus was born of a Virgin, lived a sinless life, made the blind see, the deaf hear, raised the dead and many other miracles. The only thing it disagrees with is that Jesus rose from the dead, even though there were hundreds of witnesses and Muhammad who did not see it but thinks he knows what happened. He thinks Jesus lied and faked it but then if Jesus lied, that means he did not live a sinless life because lying is a sin. Which is it? Did he live a sinless life or did he lie? You can’t have it both ways. One part of the Quran says that it can not be changed but then another part says it can with abrogation. Why would the REAL God need to change his mind? Quran 20:92-95 claims that Moses confronted Aaron and a Samaritan but this happened in 1446BC and the first Samaritan came in 725 BC when Moses was alive, it was before the existence of Samaritans, how do you explain that?
Why does the Quran say he created the world instantly and another verse says he created it in 2 days and still another verse says he created it in 6 days. Doesn’t Allah/Muhammad how long it took to create the world?
Why does the Quran say one of Allah’s days is like 50,000 of our years and anothr says it is like 1,000 of our years? The Quran itself says it was given all at once and then another verse says it was given “over a prolonged period of time.” Why does one sura say that wine is from Satan and then describes Heaven as flowing with wine. Why does it say that Allah grades prophets differently (he made Jesus Above other prophets, yet they kill Jesus followers and on his deathbed, Muhammad cursed Jesus) but then says he does not distinguish between them? Why did Muhamad perform no miracles that had witnesses, if he was so great?Ot is very easy to know that Muhammad is in Hell right now and that he does not deserve to be followed unless you believe killing and sex with children and killing children is all OK. Only the Devil would believe that gang rapes is good and terrorism is good. I challenge you to read the Bible. Why are you, as a Muslim not allowed to ask these questions without being punished? What are they afraid of? You knowing the truth?

    • bash says:

Quranic chapter and verse and the context in which the revelation was made. See…the Quran was revealed in pieces over 40 years and was reveal at certain occurances. The Quran is not even chronological so on verse may not have anything to do with the subsequent verse. The Quran was remembered in its entirety…even today. The Quran is forever.

  16. Pat says:

Bashir, By the way, You are right, the Quran calls Jesus the MESSIAH, which means SON OF GOD, even though Muslims deny it. How can Muslims tell us the meaning of OUR WORD? That is like us saying a Mosque is not really a place of worship for Muslims. A mosque means GROCERY STORE. How ridiculous would that be? You are on the wrong team my friend and if you were smart, you would do some research and read the Bible. And other research. Which is worse, to get beheaded for doing some research and questioning the quran and going to Heaven or not questioning things, not getting beheaded but spending eternity in HELL. Eternity is a verrry long time. Your pain would never end. Do some research on a search engine for “Near death experiences Muslims” and see where they went. They all went to hell, were given a second chance and became Christians.

Wrong…please, please do your homework. Messiah does not mean son of god. Wow!!! That…is sooo incorrect. Our creator refers to Isa as his “ruh”, his spirit as it is the creator’s spirit that was placed in him…but that does not make jesus god…it did not make adam god and god breathe life into him…without a woman. “Your word” wasn’t yours initially. The first christians (called messahi) were jews and they were a sect, amoungst many within the jewish community. Those first christians did not accept Paul’s interpretation of Jesus’ message. Jesus himself never worshiped himself (gethesame look it up). For three hundred years there were different “interpretation” of the divinity. Look it up. It was the pagan west that accepted the panthiestic greco-roman, image ladden dogma of the trinity. The others…they were monotheistic. The discussions we are having happened already in Turkey where Christianity came to power…and were those same people ultimately rejected it by accepting Islam. Then…as far as you westerners knew…all you had was the roman catholics. The greek orthodox didn’t agree with the Catholics, and the protestants said the catholics were wrong. This went on for what…1200 years? And now…you guys think those guys got it right. If you really think about it…you gotta laugh…it is a comedy of errors. My being muslim has nothing to do with the history of your own faith. I…as someone of non european origin has seem the truth of “your” Christianity…the two faced reality of it. The secular says peace and unity…the the spirit says separation and power. Understand this…if you can…the near east (northern africa) and the middle east is the cradle of civilization. These places were “civilization”…then came those greeks, then the Romans. They had been an invading force in these lands since atleast 300BC. They oppressed them all…invaders…colonizers. the jews wanted a champion…a savior to free them of these pagans…egyptians, greeks and romans…and so did the people. Jesus…was not the person. The Romans became the wolves in sheeps clothing when they became the holy roman empire. For three hundred years they were the oppressors trying to gain more power and trying to maintain power. Then came Islam. It did…what the jews thought jesus was going to do…get rid of the Romans. Islam did that…while not forcing christians to change faith…that’s why the OLDEST christians church is still active in these muslim countries. Western churches…are not even the original churches. The original churches are those of Abyssinia, the Coptic…and one other that i forgot. Just to let you know…those wahhabbi saudi arabians…the prophet muhammad spoke about them…negatively. but…that is them…not the 95% of muslims who reject what these power hungry racist arabs preach. But keep this in mind…they are in bed with christian and jewish sickos…the christian right and the zionist. All of them are sick racist…everything islam is against. Look up the prophet Muhammad’s last sermon. You will see how revelate the words are. As a muslim…a convert…a montheistic christian (i was taught by jehovah witnesses and the Unitarian church of christ) there is no more segrgated time in this country than on Sunday…church day. But…i went to friday prayer at a masjid…blue eyed blonde to the bluist black all together worshipping the one unseen creator. No matter what dogma whatever church you go to preaches…the reality of what shows in those churches is what’s in their hearts. What is it you christians like to claim about telling a thing by its actions… well…lets see. Know what…you are an american…you know the lies, the hate, the dropping nuclear bombs on non combatants. Overthrowning governments. False flags like vietnam. The invasion of panama to keep it for ourself. The need to stay in the middle east. This racially charged…regardless of belief…atmosphere. Anti-christ…by the look of it…it is the pot calling the kettle black…

      • Bash,

You bring up a number of points, so I will respond to one of them. You talk about segregation on Sunday. If you want to learn about racial overtones in Islam, watch this video. As you would say “look it up”.

      • Pat says:

In the Bible, Messiah means son of God. Just because you want to deny that, it does mean that. In the Quran surah 53:19-22 says Muhammad said Alla had a wife and daughter, in the hadiths al lat al uzza and Mannat

        • Carl says:

Incorrect: “Messiah” means “one anointed with oil”, not “son of God”; what’s your source of that blatantly misleading translation? Origin comes back to Aramaic. Why was Cyrus the Great (Kurush), king of Persia called one in the book of the prophet Isaiah?

  17. Bashir Gaalib says:

Quraan=word of the father, the one, the creator. Hadith=words of the prophet Muhammad. In islam there is that clear distinction. Hadith further explains what was revealed. Therefore, if you quote something from the quraan, you have to find the subsequent hadith. The quraan was not compiled chronologically, so one verse may be independent of the previous or following verse. So, when speaking of “the king of kings”, here is the explanation as this is a prophecy…of what will happen…

“It was narrated by Ahmed in his Musnad, from Al-Nu’man b. Bashir, who said:

“We were sitting in the mosque of the Messenger of Allah (saw), and Bashir was a man who did not speak much, so Abu Tha’labah Al-Khashnee came and said: ‘Oh, Bashir bin Sa’ad, have you memorised the words of the Messenger of Allah (saw) regarding the rulers?’ Huthayfah replied, ‘I have memorised his words’. So Abu Tha’labah sat down and Huthayfah said, ‘The Messenger of Allah (saw) said ‘Prophethood will be amongst you whatever Allah wishes it to be, then He will lift it up if He wished to lift it up. Then there will be a Khilafah on the way of the Prophet, and it will be whatever Allah wishes it to be, then He will lift it up if Allah wished to lift it up. Then there will be an inheritance rule, and it will be whatever Allah wishes it to be, then He will lift it up if He wished to lift it up. Then there will be a coercive rule, and it will be whatever Allah wishes it to be, then He will lift it up if He wished to lift it up. Then there will be a Khilafah on the way of Prophethood.’ Then he was silent.”… is being fulfilled…we are currently in the age of the “coersive” rule…the rule of kings. As stated Jesus will return. One day the christian west will understand the first commandment that there is only one diety and not three in one. Recognize that Jesus is his own self…he is “that he is”…a man…as the “father” “is that he is”…the One diety in all that exists and everything is a subsequent creation.

  18. Pat says:

Bashir What you are saying makes no sense. That Hadith has nothing to do with what I said. It has nothing to do with my questions any of them. As usual Muslims twist things to make them fit what they try to say. Read the book “understanding muhammad” by Ali Sina a former Muslim and he explains very well how God can be 3 in 1. Why does the Bible description of Satan match up exactly with the Quran description of Allah when Muhammad said for his followers to listen to the book but then later if he said it was corrupted, when? Not during the time of his life. Muhammad never said he was a prophet. He said he was a terrorist. Why would you want to follow someone who did all the horrible things he did, such as beheadings and murder, rape, gang rapes, child rape and much more? Read the Bible, if you have the guts and your answers will be given to you. God is LOVE! Not the hatred of Muhammad and Allah. Why can’t you answer my questions such as why Muslims can not defeat Israel. And why there are so many discrepancies in the Quran. And why Allah could not count to 100. You can make up excuses and reasoning but instead of doing that why don’t you just accept the fact you are being misled by Satan, the same as Muhammad admitted he was?

    • bash says:

Quicky reply…you say Islam is something new…we say it is all the same throughout time. the reason for the “similarities” is because we are not talking about different beings. “I Am that I am” is the description god gave to Moses…being the god with no name. If god was Jesus…in the beginning…he would have to Moses…”hey, my name is Jesus…not “I am that I am”. saying I am that I am is describing the total uniqueness of the eternal…the un-created…the Creator of all that exist. Just for the record…Adam was a much more difficult creation than Jesus (pbuh).

      • Bash,

Your logic assumes that God is not a Triune God. If God were not three in one, then yes, He would have said His name was Jesus (He saves) from the beginning. But since God is Triune, He has different persons. God the Father carries the name “I AM who I AM”, while God the Son is named Jesus (He saves).

Since you start with the wrong assumption, you draw the wrong conclusion. If you instead start with the correct assumption that God is three in one and one in three, then you see your argument proves the reverse of what you intend to prove.

        • Bash says:

Triune…was NOT the First Commandment…period! If you can’t comprehend that…you well regarded as one of the unclean in the parable yeshua gave of the king, his son and the wedding.

          • Bash,

You are making a simple logic error. God says to worship Him and nothing else. We agree on that. But what does that mean? If God is God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, then by definition, the first commandment requires that we worship God in His correct and revealed form.

Your equating the first commandment with tawhid has no foundation.

            27 So God created humankind in his own image;
in the image of God he created him:

            John 10
22 Then came Hanukkah in Yerushalayim. It was winter, 23 and Yeshua was walking around inside the Temple area, in Shlomo’s Colonnade. 24 So the Judeans surrounded him and said to him, “How much longer are you going to keep us in suspense? If you are the Messiah, tell us publicly!” 25 Yeshua answered them, “I have already told you, and you don’t trust me. The works I do in my Father’s name testify on my behalf, 26 but the reason you don’t trust is that you are not included among my sheep. 27 My sheep listen to my voice, I recognize them, they follow me, 28 and I give them eternal life. They will absolutely never be destroyed, and no one will snatch them from my hands. 29 My Father, who gave them to me, is greater than all; and no one can snatch them from the Father’s hands. 30 I and the Father are one.”

31 Once again the Judeans picked up rocks in order to stone him. 32 Yeshua answered them, “You have seen me do many good deeds that reflect the Father’s power; for which one of these deeds are you stoning me?” 33 The Judeans replied, “We are not stoning you for any good deed, but for blasphemy — because you, who are only a man, are making yourself out to be God

    • Bash says:

The only hatred is coming from you. Where is this “hatred” written in the Quran or passed on in hadith and what are the context in which it is being said? What act of hatred has Islam heaved on you?

  19. bash says:

    Matthew 22:2-14
“The kingdom of Heaven is like a king who prepared a wedding banquet for his son. He sent his servants to those who had been invited to the banquet to tell them to come, but they refused to come.
“Then he sent some more servants and said, ‘Tell those who have been invited that I have prepared my dinner: My oxen and fattened cattle have been butchered, and everything is ready. Come to the wedding banquet!’
“But they paid no attention and went off — one to his field, another to his business. The rest seized his servants, mistreated them and killed them. The king was enraged. He sent his army and destroyed those murderers and burned their city.
“Then he said to his servants, ‘The wedding banquet is ready, but those I invited did not deserve to come. Go to the street corners and invite to the banquet anyone you find.’ So the servants went out into the streets and gathered all the people they could find, both good and bad, and the wedding hall was filled with guests.
“But when the king came in to see the guests, he noticed a man there who was not wearing wedding clothes. ‘Friend,’ he asked, ‘how did you get in here without wedding clothes?’ The man was speechless.
“Then the king told the attendants, ‘Tie him hand and foot, and throw him outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. For many are invited, but few are chosen.”

    • Bash says:

Btw…this is further proof that there is no trinity. There is the king…and then there is the son. As you can see…the king has all say…the son is silent.

      • Really? How do you know that the King is not a three in one God? Where does this scripture passage say that?

        • bash says:

It is evident in two occurances…if not more if you include that historically the monotheism of Abraham/judiasm did not accept pantheistic, greco-roman mythos, or the “godhead” beliefs of the Hindus and Egyptians (yes, their pagan beliefs had the same “godhead” that included the “mother/child/god” mythos), But. in regards to the direct charge against trinitarian concept is this…it was MADE UP in 325AD without Jesus’ opinion during the Nicean Council. There were calls against this ideology from the beginning…that’s why they needed that “council” to determine who or what “god” is, has been or will be. This conversation never existed in the 5000 years before the pagans decided to grab hold of this misunderstood sect of Judaism (the messahi). For 600 years, before islam, they questioned this concept. I would quote John 14:26, but they keep on changing the translation. Before it was translated as the “holy Spirit”, but they realized that was the wrong translation. So, they changed it to read “the Comforter” or “Advocate”, which was the right translations, but THEN they decided to add back in “…who is the Holy Spirit”. Personally, this is why i stopped dealing with the bible. I had been reading the bible since I was 10 years old and have gotten fed up with their constant “tampering” with the so-called “word of god”. the bible now is the word of men. Do your homework…everything isn”t what you see.

          • bash says:

Just for the record…my monotheism existed before I knew anything about Islam. I was raised amoungst Jews and Christians who separated the man Jesus from the Creator. regardless of my acceptance of Islam…historically, the reality of the conflict of ideology in christianity did exist and you can’t blame Islam for that…period. Do your homework.

          • Heresy has always existed and it always will. In that sense, you are correct that Islam is not new.

    • Bash,

Regarding your link, I actually wrote an entire article regarding the 2nd point on that list. You can find it here.

      http://unravelingislam.com/prophetic-names/

I’m not sure what you are trying to do other than provide more avenues to show the bankruptcy of Islam.

      • bash says:

just a quicky…i glanced over your post. arabic….is NOT a language you can simply translate. I have some texts that were written by islamic saints over a thousand years ago. I asked native speakers of arabic, who are also doctors and english proficient, to translate these text for me. they say no. I asked why. they said that the language has different depths which just cant be translated one word to one word. I had read some of my teachers writing in english, he had to use hyphenated words to translate/describe words that are arabic. to get an idea as to the complexity of the language…try to find some arabic and have google translate it for you. I bet it will make no sense. also along those lines…hebrew and other semitic languages fall along the same lines as they too are phonetically similar (three constant root words)

  20. Bash says:

To those Trinitarians…this concept is a metaphysical concept. We are jave this capacity to be one…with the One. That spirit that was introduced into this creation called humanity is capable of transcending our physical limitations. That is done when you do as yeshua had done “fulfill the law”. Yeshua fulfilled the Laws sent by his father…not merely put outward appearances, but internalized them. The first Law that was internalized was…the First Commandment.

    • chanah says:

      John 20
19 When therefore it was evening, on that day, the first day of the week, and when the doors were shut where the disciples were, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. 20 And when he had said this, he showed unto them his hands and his side. The disciples therefore were glad, when they saw the Lord. 21 Jesus therefore said to them again, Peace be unto you: as the Father hath sent me, even so send I you. 22 And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Spirit: 23 whose soever sins ye forgive, they are forgiven unto them; whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.

24 But Thomas, one of the twelve, called [b]Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came. 25 The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.

26 And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them. Jesus cometh, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you. 27 Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and see my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and put it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. 28 Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God. 29 Jesus saith unto him, Because thou hast seen me, [c]thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.

30 Many other signs therefore did Jesus in the presence of the disciples, which are not written in this book: 31 but these are written, that ye may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye may have life in his name.

  24. D F says:

Hi all! Great discussion. Muhammad is the “false prophet “ prophecized in the Bible. The Quran was written by The Prophet’s wife would was actually writing a translation of the Bible so they cooked up this “religion “ which is utterly ridiculous, any woman who follows these beliefs is insane. On another topic, Paramahansa Yogananda came to teach us the true meaning of the teachings of Christ. Check out his teachings and you will all be enlightened. Always remember God would never allow “honor killings”.

    • Carl says:

Thank for you referencing Yogananda, who is a great sage. That is one form of “submission to God.” But do not call Muhammad a “false prophet”, you would render Jesus a “false messiah” as well. This comes from your ignorance of sacred scriptures.
Show me accounts honor killings in 7-10th century Arabia.

  25. Bash says:

Either you are a blatant liar or ignorance manifested

    Deut. 22:13-21
“If any man takes a wife and goes in to her and then turns against her, 14 and charges her with shameful deeds and publicly defames her, and says, ‘I took this woman, but when I came near her, I did not find her a virgin,’ 15 then the girl’s father and her mother shall take and bring out the evidence of the girl’s virginity to the elders of the city at the gate. 16 “And the girl’s father shall say to the elders, ‘I gave my daughter to this man for a wife, but he turned against her; 17 and behold, he has charged her with shameful deeds, saying, “I did not find your daughter a virgin.” But this is the evidence of my daughter’s virginity.’ And they shall spread the garment before the elders of the city. 18 “So the elders of that city shall take the man and chastise him, 19 and they shall fine him a hundred shekels of silver and give it to the girl’s father, because he publicly defamed a virgin of Israel. And she shall remain his wife; he cannot divorce her all his days. 20 “But if this charge is true, that the girl was not found a virgin, 21 then they shall bring out the girl to the doorway of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her to death because she has committed an act of folly in Israel, by playing the harlot in her father’s house; thus you shall purge the evil from among you.” (Deut. 22:13-21).

Sooo…what were you saying about honor killings?

And about writing the Quran…PEOPLE…had written down the revelations after the Prophet Muhammad received it. BUT…the miracle of the Quran isn’t that it is “written”, the miracle is there are THOUSANDS who have remembered it in its entirety. There are no “versions” of the Quran unlike in Christianity. Do you homework. Read things in it’s entirely and in it’s proper context.

    • Quiet Rider says:

The reason that story was included in the Bible was not to teach us how to behave today. It shows how things were before Christ came to free us of that sort of thing. The Islamists are still living in the days before Christ. That is a sin. Why did Jesus come if not to bring good news? Especially for women!

  26. Bash says:

Sooo…you are saying Jesus rejected “God’s law”? This is part one of a two part question. Choose your answer wisely.

  27. Cathe says:

Jesus came to free us from the law. You can’t have both. Either you follow the law (and fail) or you accept the atonement Jesus paid for you; He is the only one who was able to keep the law. We cannot.

    • Carl says:

How irrational. What “law”: universal, natural, God’s, or secular? The last two are considered “man-made” and with a bit of knowledge, can be broken.

Atonement doesn’t make sense, it’s based on a misunderstanding of Jewish exegesis. Where did Jesus say, “I paid for your atonement” or “I died for your sins”?

  28. Bash says:

You did not answer the question. Typical… Nevertheless, he said he came to fulfill the law..i.e., he followed it…so did his disciples. Keeping the law (which is more than the ten commandments) is the thing to do, but…our sins are weighed. The MERCY of the Father decides…supercedes ALL the Prophets. Your erroneous premise condones ALL sins.

Second part of the question…if you reject/don’t follow “God’s laws”…whose laws do you think you are following? Or…is it God’s plan to follow the oppressive pagan laws of the Greeks and Romans?

  29. Wow this is interesting. Logically, if we look into those word made by Buhari in the hadith, he said the most awful name in Allah sight (i.e his God since he
was a muslim) is that of a man ( a God’s creation) calling himself King of Kings. We will several loopholes in this statement. How can a God (Allah) be fearful of his creation (a man). Does it sound reasonable. What makes this interesting is that these words came out from a Muslim whose God is Allah. So one would easily know that the term “awful” was not the exact word used in the hadith. God can never be intimidated by a man

    • Quiet Rider says:

Allah also calls himself the greatest liar of all; no one lies better or more than he does. If this doesn’t sound like the great deceiver of the Bible, you know, Satan, the one referred to as the father of lies, then nothing does. Since this god is such a liar, why do so many followers believe his every word? In fact, they try to outdo each other with their own lies since it is a command to further their cause given by their own god. Don’t Islamists have a head? Are they all brain dead? Spiritually speaking, of course.

      • Quote your reference in the bible or Quran where Allah called himself a liar. One thing you Christians don’t know is that the universe and mankind are not created for gun. It took Allah 6periods to complete creation. Of what benefit is man if he cannot bow to God. Adam bowed, Abraham bowed, Moses bowed.. Reference in the Bible Gen17:3, Gem 18:2, NEH 8 1-10.
Today, we have seen scientific proofs of the divinity of the Quran, the Golden Ratio face in the Quran which most scientist acknowledged. Accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we Muslim accept Jesus more than Christians but we don’t see him as son of God or God himself. How can a whole God of all creation allow the communication of his son (assuming it’s even true) so that He God can forgive the future sins of a mere creation like man. Do u Christian expect God to worship you or you worship God. A religion that has no fix pattern of worship except to close eyes and pray. Do you take God for fool? In the church, you see set of satanic instruments used to please Christians in the name of worship. Does God need you to clap or dance for him. He needs you to bow, with your face down on the soil. Jesus never called himself God, he was the Messiah, a messenger of Allah. If he says you should believe in him doesn’t mean you should regard him as God. Believe me means believe what I preach about the Heavenly Father, not biological father. And some Christians do think God himself is Jesus in man image. They say since God can do all things he can become a man. The answer is there is a difference between wouldn’t and couldn’t. God would never become a man. A man is an instrument of worship to Allah. Even angels are more significant. Who are we before his majesty that we can’t bow to him and praise his holy name. Allah. Hallelujah means Allah is worthy of praise. You Christians don’t even know what you always say. Be wise up. Life is once and no coming back

        • Pat says:

Muslim scholars teach that Muslims should generally be truthful to each other, unless the purpose of lying is to “smooth over differences.”

There are two forms of lying to non-believers that are permitted under certain circumstances, taqiyya and kitman. These circumstances are typically those that advance the cause Islam – in some cases by gaining the trust of non-believers in order to draw out their vulnerability and defeat them.

          The Qur’an:

Qur’an (16:106) – Establishes that there are circumstances that can “compel” a Muslim to tell a lie.

Qur’an (3:28) – This verse tells Muslims not to take those outside the faith as friends, unless it is to “guard themselves.”

Qur’an (9:3) – “…Allah and His Messenger are free from liability to the idolaters…” The dissolution of oaths with the pagans who remained at Mecca following its capture. They did nothing wrong, but were evicted anyway.

Qur’an (40:28) – A man is introduced as a believer, but one who must “hide his faith” among those who are not believers.

Qur’an (2:225) – “Allah will not call you to account for thoughtlessness in your oaths, but for the intention in your hearts” The context of this remark is marriage, which explains why Sharia allows spouses to lie to each other for the greater good.

Qur’an (66:2) – “Allah has already ordained for you, (O men), the dissolution of your oaths”

Qur’an (3:54) – “And they (the disbelievers) schemed, and Allah schemed (against them): and Allah is the best of schemers.” The Arabic word used here for scheme (or plot) ismakara, which literally means ‘deceit’. If Allah is supremely deceitful toward unbelievers, then there is little basis for denying that Muslims are allowed to do the same. (See also 8:30 and 10:21)

Taken collectively these verses are interpreted to mean that there are circumstances when a Muslim may be “compelled” to deceive others for a greater purpose.

Does the REAL God need to lie? Who is the “Father of Lies?”

          From the Hadith:

Bukhari (52:269) – “The Prophet said, ‘War is deceit.’” The context of this is thought to be the murder of Usayr ibn Zarim and his thirty unarmed men by Muhammad’s men after he “guaranteed” them safe passage (see Additional Notes below).

Bukhari (49:857) – “He who makes peace between the people by inventing good information or saying good things, is not a liar.” Lying is permitted when the end justifies the means.

Bukhari (84:64-65) – Speaking from a position of power at the time, Ali confirms that lying is permissible in order to deceive an “enemy.”

Muslim (32:6303) – “…he did not hear that exemption was granted in anything what the people speak as lie but in three cases: in battle, for bringing reconciliation amongst persons and the narration of the words of the husband to his wife, and the narration of the words of a wife to her husband (in a twisted form in order to bring reconciliation between them).”

Bukhari (50:369) – Recounts the murder of a poet, Ka’b bin al-Ashraf, at Muhammad’s insistence. The men who volunteered for the assassination used dishonesty to gain Ka’b’s trust, pretending that they had turned against Muhammad. This drew the victim out of his fortress, whereupon he was brutally slaughtered despite putting up a ferocious struggle for his life.

          From Islamic Law:

Reliance of the Traveler (p. 746 – 8.2) – “Speaking is a means to achieve objectives. If a praiseworthy aim is attainable through both telling the truth and lying, it is unlawful to accomplish through lying because there is no need for it. When it is possible to achieve such an aim by lying but not by telling the truth, it is permissible to lie if attaining the goal is permissible (N:i.e. when the purpose of lying is to circumvent someone who is preventing one from doing something permissible), and obligatory to lie if the goal is obligatory… it is religiously precautionary in all cases to employ words that give a misleading impression…

“One should compare the bad consequences entailed by lying to those entailed by telling the truth, and if the consequences of telling the truth are more damaging, one is entitled to lie.

          Additional Notes:

Muslims are allowed to lie to unbelievers in order to defeat them. The two forms are:

Taqiyya – Saying something that isn’t true.

Kitman – Lying by omission. An example would be when Muslim apologists quote only a fragment of verse 5:32 (that if anyone kills “it shall be as if he had killed all mankind”) while neglecting to mention that the rest of the verse (and the next) mandate murder in undefined cases of “corruption” and “mischief.”

Though not called Taqiyya by name, Muhammad clearly used deception when he signed a 10-year treaty with the Meccans that allowed him access to their city while he secretly prepared his own forces for a takeover. The unsuspecting residents were conquered in easy fashion after he broke the treaty two years later, and some of the people in the city who had trusted him at his word were executed.

Another example of lying is when Muhammad used deception to trick his personal enemies into letting down their guard and exposing themselves to slaughter by pretending to seek peace. This happened in the case of Ka’b bin al-Ashraf (as previously noted) and again later against Usayr ibn Zarim, a surviving leader of the Banu Nadir tribe, which had been evicted from their home in Medina by the Muslims.

At the time, Usayr ibn Zarim was attempting to gather an armed force against the Muslims from among a tribe allied with the Quraish (against which Muhammad had already declared war). Muhammad’s “emissaries” went to ibn Zarim and persuaded him to leave his safe haven on the pretext of meeting with the prophet of Islam in Medina to discuss peace. Once vulnerable, the leader and his thirty companions were massacred by the Muslims with ease, belying the probability that they were mostly unarmed, having been given a guarantee of safe passage (Ibn Ishaq 981).

Such was the reputation of Muslims for lying and then killing that even those who “accepted Islam” did not feel entirely safe. The fate of the Jadhima is tragic evidence for this. When Muslim “missionaries” approached their tribe one of the members insisted that they would be slaughtered even though they had already “converted” to Islam to avoid just such a demise. However, the others were convinced that they could trust the Muslim leader’s promise that they would not be harmed if they simply offered no resistance. (After convincing the skeptic to lay down his arms, the unarmed men of the tribe were quickly tied up and beheaded – Ibn Ishaq 834 & 837).

Today’s Muslims often try to justify Muhammad’s murder of poets and others who criticized him at Medina by saying that they broke a treaty by their actions. Yet, these same apologists place little value on treaties broken by Muslims. From Muhammad to Saddam Hussein, promises made to non-Muslim are distinctly non-binding in the Muslim mindset.

Leaders in the Arab world routinely say one thing to English-speaking audiences and then something entirely different to their own people in Arabic. Yassir Arafat was famous for telling Western newspapers about his desire for peace with Israel, then turning right around and whipping Palestinians into a hateful and violent frenzy against Jews.

The 9/11 hijackers practiced deception by going into bars and drinking alcohol, thus throwing off potential suspicion that they were fundamentalists plotting jihad. This effort worked so well, in fact, that even weeks after 9/11, John Walsh, the host of a popular American television show, said that their bar trips were evidence of ‘hypocrisy.’

The transmission from Flight 93 records the hijackers telling their doomed passengers that there is “a bomb on board” but that everyone will “be safe” as long as “their demands are met.” Obviously none of these things were true, but these men, who were so intensely devoted to Islam that they were willing to “slay and be slain for the cause of Allah” (as the Qur’an puts it) saw nothing wrong with employing Taqiyya in order to facilitate their mission of mass murder.

The Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) insists that it “has not now or ever been involved with the Muslim Brotherhood, or supported any covert, illegal, or terrorist activity or organization.” In fact, it was created by the Muslim Brotherhood and has bankrolled Hamas. At least nine founders or board members of ISNA have been accused by prosecutors of supporting terrorism.

Prior to engineering several deadly terror plots, such as the Fort Hood massacre and the attempt to blow up a Detroit-bound airliner, American cleric Anwar al-Awlaki was regularly sought out by NPR, PBS and even government leaders to expound on the peaceful nature of Islam.

The Quran says in several places that Allah is the best at deceiving people. An interesting side note is verse 7:99, which says that the only people who feel secure from Allah are actually those who will perish in Hell. Taken literally, this would mean that those Muslims who arrogantly assume that they will enter heaven are in for a rude surprise (such are the hazards of worshipping an all-powerful deceiver).

The near absence of Qur’anic verse and reliable Hadith that encourage truthfulness is somewhat surprising, given that many Muslims are convinced that their religion teaches honesty. In fact, it is because of this ingrained belief that many Muslims are quite honest. When lying is addressed in the Qur’an, it is nearly always in reference to the “lies against Allah” – referring to the Jews and Christians who rejected Muhammad’s claim to being a prophet.

Finally, the circumstances by which Muhammad allowed a believer to lie to a non-spouse are limited to those that either advance the cause of Islam or enable a Muslim to avoid harm to his well-being (and presumably that of other Muslims as well). Although this should be kept very much in mind when dealing with matters of global security, such as Iran’s nuclear intentions, it is not grounds for assuming that the Muslim one might personally encounter on the street or in the workplace is any less honest than anyone else.

        • Pat says:

Many people including Christian leaders believe that Allah is just another name for God but is that true? This is NOT my opinion. This is a comparison of what the Bible says and what the Quran and Muhammad’s hadiths say. Let’s do a side by side comparison of the names & characteristics of Satan vs. those of Allah. Almost any copy of the Quran contains the 99 “Beautiful” names of Allah. Some seem quite godly and divine such as “Merciful” and “Compassionate” but others carry a much darker meaning.

          Lucifer Allah

Means “shining” one. (Isaiah 14:12). Also means “shining” one (Quran 24:35)

Known as “morning” or “dawn” star (Isaiah 14:12) Angels & Demons frequently called “stars” in Bible. Is called a star and Lord of the Dawn (morning) (Quran 24:35, 114:1-3). Also called “The Star of Sirius” (Quran 53:49).

Extremely Prideful (Isaiah 10:12 & Ezekiel 28:2). Note that pride is a SIN in Scripture (Romans 1:30, 2 Tim 3:2 & James 4:6). Called “The Most Proud One” and “One Filled with Pride.” Al-Muqtadir

Called “god of this world” [surface] (John 12:35, 2 Cor 4:4, & Revelation 11:4) and that of “the bottomless pit” [underworld] (Revelation 9:11). Called “Lord of the worlds” (meaning both surface and underworlds).

Called “prince of the power of the AIR” (Ephesians 2:2) and “ruler of darkness in high places” [the sky] (Ephesians 6:12). Called “Lord of the wind.”

Called ruler & lord over demons (Matthew 12:24 & Rev 9:11). Called “Lord of the Demons.” (Quran 69:43, 51:56, 114:1) and is SERVED by demons (79:1).

Demons follow Lucifer and are his allies (Matthew 12:25-26 & Rev 9:11). Note: demons are ENEMIES of God and His OPPOSITION (Matthew 13:39, Luke 10:19 & Acts 13:10). Demons follow Allah and are his ALLIES (Quran 72:13).

Knows the Bible & twists it Knows the Bible and wrote his own

(Genesis 3, Matthew 4 & Luke 4) version (the Quran) where he took

and is fighting against its truths truth of Jesus & Scriptures and

and prophecies to achieve his twisted them. Created new scenario

own goals. Knows Jesus will be where he wins in the end. DEMONS

victorious, that he (Lucifer) will believe Quran is inspired word

lose and is angry about it (Quran 72:1-8).

          (Revelation 12:12).

No repentance for Satan or his demons—the destiny of every last one of them in the Lake of Fire (Matthew 25:41, Revelation 20:10). Have no DESIRE to repent—there is no truth or light in them whatsoever (John 8:44). Some demons repent and convert to worship of Allah, Islam, and acknowledging Mohammed as Prophet of Allah (Quran 72:1-13).

Called Destroyer & Murderer (John 8:44, Malachi 3:11). Causer of disease and affliction (Luke 13:16, Acts 10:38). Note: The REAL God is a Healer, a Deliverer, a Father and a Savior! Called “Al-Darr” which means “Afflicter & Causer of Harm.” Also “Creator of Suffering.”

Creator of evil & darkness from Creator of evil and darkness but

whom we need to be delivered Muslims urged to seek refuge in the

from (Matthew 6:13—“deliver us same one who creates the evil and

from the evil one.”) darkness to escape evil and darkness (not a joke).[Quran 114:13]

Some of the other Names of Allah include Al-Mudhell, The Giver of Dishonour. Al-Mumit, The Bringer of Death, The Destroyer (which is the exact name Apollyon in Revelation 9:11.) Allah is also called

Al-Mu’akhir, The Great Deceiver (Satan is the Deceiver in Rev. 12:9)

The god Allah existed before Islam did, when the Arabs were polytheistic. He was 1 of 360 gods and was known as “the god of the crescent moon.” Allah is also called “the morning/dawn star” as we saw in the chart above which completes the symbolism of

          the Islamic flag.

When Mohammed came along he declared the other 359 gods to be false and there was only Allah.

Satan was called “Bel,” (Isaiah 46:1, Jeremiah 50:2, 51:44) “Baal,” (Numbers 22:41, Judges 2:13, Romans 11:4) and “Baal-zebub” (Matthew 12:27) in both Old Testament and New Testament. They’re all the same name and mean the same thing. Bel, Baal & Baal-zebub is the cult of the crescent moon and Bel/Baal/Baalzebub is the MOON GOD. The origin of Bel was Babylon. When Gideon defeated the Satanic Midianites upon God’s command, his last act was the tear the crescent symbols off the camel’s necks to show the dominance and victory of the God of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob over Satan (Judges 8:21). Psalm 83 tells exactly what nations Jesus fights when He returns, ALL of which are Muslim in modern times. It specifically states that He will do the same to them as Gideon did to Midian and its leaders . . . in other words, just as Gideon tore down the Satanic symbol of the crescent moon so will Jesus tear down the Satanic crescent moon & star symbols all over the Middle East! How did God know 2000 yers ago that an entity would still have the crescent moon and star symbol? This is on almost all mosques and the islamic flag! Islamic End Times theology takes this truth and twists it: they have Isa – a Muslim Jesus, returning and tearing down all the CROSSES on earth.

Now read slowly and carefully: Satan’s name is called Lucifer which we get from Isaiah 14:12. “Lucifer” is the English translation of a Hebrew word which is “heylel” or “hilal” (Strong’s Hebrew Concordance, H1966)

He is described as Son of the Dawn (or Morning). In Hebrew, the words translated are Heylel Ben Shachar. What is even more fascinating however is that the word Heylel, which is translated in the King James as Lucifer is also found in Arabic, having a nearly identical meaning. Most specifically:

Hilal in Arabic means Crescent Moon.

When we put the whole phrase together Heylel Ben Shachar, it simply means Crescent Moon, son of the Morning Star or the Dawn—or in simpler terms, a crescent moon with a star lingering over it. Of course, this has come to be the very symbol of Allah and Islam. Yet Isaiah portrays the crescent moon and star to graphically depicts Lucifer himself.

Anybody who searches with an open mind can find all this out. So, I ask you, is Allah really Satan/Lucifer?

If you have not read and studied Islam and its truths don’t disagree with facts and defend Islam because you will be defending Satan and the Anti Christ.

Islam has five steps they take to terror and one of those steps is to claim to be victims of discrimination. This is NOT about Islamaphobia. This is about Satan and guiding Muslims to see the truth and to lead them away from the lies they have been taught. It is about saving their souls!

          7 but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men;
8 and being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, becoming obedient even unto death, yea, the death of the cross.

I’m curious to see where the Tetragrammaton is in the Qur’an. Only the God is mentioned, and you would imply all three Abrahamic religions worship a false God. Else, you’re a bigot or your understanding of God-ly concept is in square one.

  30. Basically your point is that because Islam symbol is crescent moon and a star, we worship Lucifer. Funny indeed. So one can easily say, Christians worship anybody that died on the cross because the cross of Calvary is also your symbol of faith. So if we don’t use moon (a shining glory) and star (even out of the stars in heaven, Jesus star was the brightest when prophesized), what symbol of faith else is better than what Islam use. Symbol does not depict who we worship, it’s a symbol of faith. IT has nothing to do with Islam’s main goal and argument. Our arguments are Jesus the Messiah was sent to preach the Gospel of Allah. He is the son of man, received by Holy Ghost and Mariam. Until you start seeing Allah as immortal and unseen, you will rest your case. What else do you need to affirm Islam truthfulness other than what science has proved today. Bible comes out in different versions every year, one can easily know that the forces of human is in control. They remove and add whatever they like to it as a New Testament. Quran has never been edited, since it was delivered through divine inspiration to Prophet Muhammad pbuh. That’s shows its scientific miracle beyond what human being could write or think. Mathematical arrangements in special and repeated orders show that Quran is a divine book. It has not been corrupted and will never be corrupted. Divinity ofQuran alone is enough for a free thinker to believe islam not to talk of inconsistency reported in todays bible. When you have so many proofs of Islam today and you still talk of symbol as a mean of idolatry, is that what you will argue with before the all knowing, the most high God? Many verses in the bible are found where Jesus reinstated that all things and power are under the control of the Father. Who is Father? Does the Father has no name, we have Satan, we have Adam, we have Mariam, we have Holy Ghost (angel gabriel), so the what is the name of the Father? God, no. The father should have his own name. His name is Allah. Press your phone and Google Search signs of Allah in the human body. Signs of Allah in the Sea and Clouds, animals and all creation. You will see a unique symbol and attribute which points to Allah in all these creations. He is unseen but you can see his signs. He made you man and ask all angels to bow to you except Satan. Then he abolish Satan, his best angel, all because Satan couldnt bow to Adam. Whether you like it or not, Allah created evil and good. Allah do whatever he pleases not whatever pleases man. You should bow to him every minute of your life. And if at this stage, symbol of Islam is the problem you have with Islam, my brother, you are a goner, far far gone from the truth. Despite obvious verses in the bible that justify islam, yet those who will go astray will go astray. Jesus confirm the coming of Mohumamed and Quran the comforter. John 14:26. John 14:30

      Part 1: The Prophet-Believer Relationship
The Comprehensive Mission of the Prophet Muḥammad
Even as We have sent among you a Messenger from you, reciting to you Our Signs, and purifying you (yuzakkīkum), and teaching you (yu‘allimukum) the Book (al-kitāb) and Wisdom (al-ḥikmah), and teaching you that which you do not know.

      Holy Qur’ān 2:151 (see also 62:2, 3:164)

The above verse shows how the mission of Muḥammad includes much more than revealing the Qur’ān. In fact, only Muḥammad’s first duty – “reciting to you our Signs (ayāt)” – refers to the Qur’ān. The other duties of the Prophet included purification (tazkiyyah), teaching (ta‘līm) of the Book, teaching the inner Wisdom of the Book, and teaching the Believers new knowledge. Thus, the revelation of the Qur’ān comprises only one fourth of the Prophet’s overall mission.

The Prophet Muḥammad is the Guide of the Believers
And verily you [Muḥammmad] surely guide to the Straight Path (ṣiraṭ al-mustaqīm).

      Holy Qur’ān 42:52

All Muslims pray for God to guide them to the Straight Path in every prayer. But the above verse, revealed to the Prophet, clearly shows that it is actually Muḥammad’s duty to “guide to the Straight Path”.

And We have sent down unto you (also) the Reminder; that you may explain clearly (li-tubayyina) to mankind what was sent down for them, and that they reflect.

      Holy Qur’ān 16:44 (see also 16:64, 14:4)

The above verse demonstrates how the Prophet – in addition to revealing the Qur’ān – must also provide the “explanation” (bayān) of the Qur’ān to the believers to foster their own reflections (fikr).

The Prophet Muḥammad’s Authority over the Believers is unlimited
To obey the Prophet Muḥammad is to obey God Himself

He who obeys the Messenger, obeys God.

      Holy Qur’ān 4:80

We sent a Messenger only to be obeyed by the permission of God.

      Holy Qur’ān 4:64

Verily, those who give their bay‘ah to you, they surely give their bay‘ah to God Himself.

      Holy Qur’ān 48:10

The above verses show that obedience to the Prophet Muḥammad is equal and tantamount to obedience to God. It logically follows that all orders in the Qur’ān to “obey God” are only fulfilled by obeying the Prophet Muḥammad.

So whatever the Messenger gives you, take it. And whatever he forbids you, abstain from it.

      Holy Qur’ān 59:7

The above verse indicates that it is indeed the Prophet Muḥammad who determines what is allowed and what is forbidden. Whatever the Prophet gives to the Believers – guidance, prescribed rituals, rules of behavior – must be followed.

The Prophet Muhammad has more authority and closeness to the Believers than their own souls:

The Prophet has more authority (awla) over the believers than their own souls.

      Holy Qur’ān 33:6

The Prophet is the Lord-Guardian of the Believers:

Verily, your Lord-Guardian (walī) is only God, His Messenger, and those who have faith, who establish regular prayers, and give the zakah while they bow down.

      Holy Qur’ān 5:55

The Prophet Muḥammad is the final judge and arbiter in all matters
But no, by the Lord, they do not have faith, until they make you [Muḥammad] judge in all disputes between them, and find in their souls no resistance against your decrees, but they submit (to you) in full submission.

      Holy Qur’ān 4:65

Verily, We have sent down to you the Book with the Truth so that you judge between the people by what God as shown you.

      Holy Qur’ān 4:105

The answer of the Believers, when summoned to God and His Messenger, in order that he may judge between them, is no other than this: they say, “We hear and we obey”: it is such as these that will attain felicity.

      Holy Qur’ān 24:51

It is not fitting for a Believer, man or woman, when a matter has been decided by God and His Messenger to have any option about their decision: if any one disobeys God and His Messenger, he is indeed on a clearly wrong Path.

      Holy Qur’ān 33:36

The above verses all describe the proper situation of the Believer in relation to the Prophet Muḥammad. Indeed, the very condition of having “faith” (īmān) is to wholeheartedly accept and submit to the judgment, decrees, and orders of the Prophet Muḥammad without any question.

  36. Quiet Rider. Stop being foolish with how you chat online. To convince someone to your religion, you don’t need to abuse the persons God. Nobody here abused Jesus. Nobody her abused God but you. If you don’t believe in Allah, that doesn’t mean you should rant vulgar expressions about him. Since you do not even know Allah, so do not abuse. Allah is still God whether you accept or not. For us to understand ourselves right, we don’t need abusive words. What we Muslims only need you to do is to prove to us that Christianity is better. And since we be been discussing this, you have not proven it, you only abuse and utter hate speech.
For me I will again prove Islams truth by these:

Golden Ratio in the face of the world and Kaaba, in mecca, in the Quran. Divine Grace

In our mosques, whether you are rich or poor, king or slave, tall or short, you will seat down on the floor, even a slave can touch shoulders with a president standing next to each other in the mosque while praying. This is because we are equal in the sight of God while praying. Humility.

In the bible, Abraham sacrificed a ram to obey Allah’s command. We Muslims always obey that order till today through Eid Kabir

Moses put off his shoes in the presence of Allah. Muslims do not wear shoes while praying or in the mosque.

Jesus was baptized. We also perform spiritual cleaning such as ablution, Janaba, ghuslu to maintain our cleaniness

Holy places mentioned in the bible like Jerusalem, Jordan, Egypt, Israel are all Muslim countries today

Your five fingers on each hand reminds you of your five daily prayers. Salat

Your spent 9months in your mothers womb. Your 9th month is your holy month so also your Ramadan month is your 9th month. 9 planets in the solar system. 9 is the last integer in the decimal system. 99 names of Allah.

While praying we bow toward the Holy house built by Abraham, Kaaba in mecca. Check the universe map, see the entire Europe continent bowing towards the Kaaba.

Our women in Islam would dress to cover their body especially their hair, women are vital in humanity. They are meant to be holy just like the Holy Mary who covered herself from men during her time.

Above is not all that justify the divinity of Islam. I only wrote what I could remember and perceive even without doing any research. Yet they are glaring facts.

So in other to convince me that Christianity(a religion names after the name Christ. As we have mosanity, abramity, mohammednity etc . Lol. Am stupid) is the right way, kindly write down your observations, I mean physical observations.lets not talk about scriptures or bible or Quran. Let’s talk about physical things in line with the divinity of Christianity. Tell me that celebrating Christmas is meantion in the bible. I need to be convinced not to be abused. Thanks

    THE KING OF KINGS
    6-10-2017

I don’t believe in keeping still
when others force their faulty will
and lie to get their hateful ways
when I am living out my days
according to what the Bible says
because I believe above all things
in Jesus Christ, the King of kings.

I don’t believe in many paths,
that any will avert God’s wrath,
nor whatever I believe is true
    regardless of what Jesus knew
for only He can see us through
so I believe, above all things,
in Jesus Christ, the King of kings.

I don’t put my trust in who I am,
but rather knowing Whose I am
’cause in The One, the Great I Am,
is the only perfect salvation plan
and I know, without Him, we can’t withstand
because I believe, above all things,
in Jesus Christ, the King of kings.

I don’t believe in giving in
when Satan seems to have the win
while sinfulness is on the rise
and terror fills the evil skies
    and peace approaches in disguise
because I believe above all things
in Jesus Christ, the King of kings.

I believe only in The One in me
and not the one who’s in earth’s apogee
for the God in me is the God for us,
so who on earth can be against us
regardless of all the wars and fuss
I still believe above all things
in Jesus Christ, the King of kings.

So, no, I won’t be keeping still
    and I won’t give-in to another’s will
and I’ll never believe in another god
no matter the world thinks it’s odd
nor how much those of us are awed
because I believe above all things
in Jesus Christ, the King of kings.

    ********************************

While the term “king of kings” never appears in the Qur’an itself, it does appear in the Hadith, the traditions of Muhammad.

    • Carl says:

The “man” in question is one of the rulers of the Sasanian Empire, not your so-called Iesous Khristos who possesses not an earthly kingdom. Hands down. Caliphate conquered Persia. Microphone drop.

You know, hadith may be questionable and could be forgeries.

  38. Quiet Rider

I think I have addressed the issue of Malik Al Malik to you in my previous response.
Take a look at the context of this expression well, thank God we are all educated.

Allah Apostle said The most awful name in Allah’s sight on the Day of Resurrection, will be (that of) a man calling himself Malik Al-Amlak (the king of kings).

Allah apostle means Allah’s servant that’s an upright Muslim. So a Muslim was the one saying this. Correct? Yes

He said ” the most awful in Allah presence. I. E the Muslim God, is that of a man. I. E. God’s creation. I believe Christians agree with me that man is a creation of God.

So the statement means, the most awful name is sight of God is that of a creation calling himself King of King, that is God.

So one could easily deduce that such man calling himself God in the sight of God is a devil because God is the one true undisputable God.

Now going back to the hadith revealed to a Muslim. The meaning of God in Arabic is Allah. So the deduction above is the meaning of what that hadith intend to pass across.

Quiet Rider, I believe seeing is believing. Am a scientist. I tend to believe facts. I did my little findings on the scientific details and expression revealed in the Quran from biology to mathematics to chemistry to physics to astrology to astronomy. I won’t believe this, the Quran that is 1400 years old revealed to illiterate Muhammad justify the modern day discoveries. Even if heaven collapse and earth burst asunder, the faith I have in Islam today is as a result of my discoveries and observation of modern day science can never be changed, it keeps increasing. So you can quote all the verses in the bible or Quran or hadith, the references can’t be superior to what I see with my both eyes because I wasn’t there when they are all written. But for what I see myself is enough for me to believe God is one. Al – Eela = Allah = One God

  39. Quiet Rider says:

Muhammad was the founder of Islam and is considered to be perfect and whom Muslims are instructed to emulate.

Here are the 20 commandments of Mohammad, this perfect man and founder of Islam:

    1. Thou shall Rape, Marry, and Divorce Pre-pubescent Girls. Koran 65:4
    2. Thou shall have Sex Slaves and Work Slaves. Koran 4:3, 4:24, 5:89, 33:50, 58:3, 70:30
    3. Thou shall Beat Sex Slaves, Work Slaves, and Wives. Koran 4:34

    10. Thou shall Kill AND be Killed for Islamic Allah. Koran 9:5
    11. Thou shall Terrorize non-Muslims. Koran 8:12, 8:60
    12. Thou shall Steal and Rob from non-Muslims. Koran Chapter 8 (Booty/Spoils of War)
    13. Thou shall Lie to Strengthen Islam. Koran 3:28, 16:106
    14. Thou shall Fight non-Muslim even if you don’t want to. Koran 2:216
    15. Thou shall not take non-Muslims as friends. Koran 5:51

    17. Thou shall Treat non-Muslims as the vilest creatures deserving no mercy. Koran 98:6
    18. Thou shall Treat non-Muslims as sworn enemies. Koran 4:101
    19. Thou shall Kill non-Muslims for not converting to Islam. Koran 9:29
    20. Thou shall Extort non-Muslims to keep Islam strong. Koran 9:29.

These are the commands that Sharia Law was built upon. This is the law the Islamists are planning to bring to the United States, and consequently, the entire world by the end of this year, 2020.

    • Carl says:

Ad-homiem statements. I invite you to Hamza’s Den: the Arena on YouTube to prove your bigoted understanding of Islam. Your so-called “commandents” will be debunked, and in my view: Adam (literally “man”) was the first one to submit to the God, i.e. “in the state of Islam/s-l-m”. Ambiguous statement.

  40. Quiet Rider. This is so ridiculous of you. And you confidently what’s not in the Quran. This act of yours is a big sin to almighty God. For someone to quote what’s not in the Quran all because you developed hatred for Islam. No good Muslim and Christian will quote what God does not say.
I wonder how unpeaceful the world would be if people like you rule. Just because you
are not a Muslim, you say what’s not even in the Holy Quran. Non of your quotes appear in the Holy Quran. Am relying you so your hatred and ignorant attitude towards Islam will not be shared among readers online. With what I have written above, for someone that has a fearful mind about God, regardless of religion, if you don’t accept Islam, you won’t say what’s against Islamic doctrines. You should learn how to keep and maintain peace among people. nobody is fighting you nor abusing Christians. It’s a debate. It doesn’t warrant you saying whats not in the Quran. Please, be mindful of your words here, this is a global platform

      mr. salami
clearly you are either using taqiyya or haven’t read your quran
      According to Tafsir Jalalayn:

“And [as for] those of your women who no longer expect to menstruate, if you have any doubts, about their waiting period, their prescribed [waiting] period shall be three months, and [also for]

those who have not yet menstruated, because of their young age, their period shall [also] be three months —

both cases apply to other than those whose spouses have died; for these [latter] their period is prescribed in the verse: they shall wait by themselves for four months and ten [days]

[Q. 2:234]. And those who are pregnant, their term, the conclusion of their prescribed [waiting] period if divorced or if their spouses be dead, shall be when they deliver. And whoever fears God, He will make matters ease for him, in this world and in the Hereafter.”
      can you clarify this
Teaching of Islam is very clear teaching in the world and there is not a iota of confusion.

Teachings of Islam in Quran is in one line which is as follows …

“There is one Creator of the universe and his name is Allah and who don’t believe in Allah are kafir and hence these kafir are to be eradicated by converting or slaughtering”.

Rest of Quran is all about how to establish the above line .

Those who are followers of islam are innocent and hence kafir are not innocent .

It is a confusion in other religions who see Islam in their own spects and speculate it to be like them — “Religion of peace”

There is no peace in Islam until or unless everybody is converted into islam and for this all muslim have to do jihad.

Dar al Islam is where there is an Islamic Government and Shariah Law is into practise.Means Islam has been established and all Muslim have been converted to Muslim .Muslim are in full majority and no non Muslim Minority .

Dar al Harb is a war zone where Muslims are into war with the government/rulers for their safety and existence. All non Muslim are not converted but effort is to convert or do jihad to exterminate Kafir .Majority are Muslim and minority are non Muslim and slowly they have to make minority non Muslims to zero.

Dar al Amn is a territory where there not an Islamic Government or Shariah Law, but the life of Muslims is secured and they are freely allowed to practice their religion without any interference as far as it does not contradicts with the law .Here Muslim are in Minority and majority is non Muslims.

Here minority Muslim are given task to increase population by child birth or conversion and when they become Majority they have to wage war against non – Muslim .

Perfect plan is laid down in Quran to convert every person to Muslim .This type of crytal clear plan is not found in any other religion .

Now the people who are killing kafir in name of jihad are actually follower of Islam .

There is no confusion in Islam .

Confusion is in other religions who don’t know Islam.

ere is the link to the original article.

      https://centerforinquiry.org/blo

We have used the most widely available English text of the Qur’an and readers are welcome to verify our quotes from the holy book. Please have an open mind and read through these verses again and again. The following quotes are taken from the most trusted Yusufali’s translation of the Qur’an.

The Qur’an tells us: “not to make friendship with Jews and Christians” (5:51), “kill the disbelievers wherever we find them” (2:191), “murder them and treat them harshly” (9:123), “fight and slay the Pagans, seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem”

(9:5). The Qur’an demands that we fight the unbelievers, and promises “If there are twenty amongst you, you will vanquish two hundred: if a hundred, you will vanquish a thousand of them” (8:65).

Allah and his messenger want us to fight the Christians and the Jews “until they pay the Jizya [a penalty tax for the non-Muslims living under Islamic rules] with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued” (9:29).

Allah and his messenger announce that it is acceptable to go back on our promises (treaties) and obligations with Pagans and make war on them whenever we find ourselves strong enough to do so (9:3). Our God tells us to “fight the unbelievers” and “He will punish them by our hands, cover them with shame and help us (to victory) over them” (9:14).

The Qur’an takes away the freedom of belief from all humanity and relegates those who disbelieve in Islam to hell (5:10), calls them najis (filthy, untouchable, impure) (9:28), and orders its followers to fight the unbelievers until no other religion except Islam is left (2:193).

It says that the “non-believers will go to hell and will drink boiling water” (14:17). It asks the Muslims to “slay or crucify or cut the hands and feet of the unbelievers, that they be expelled from the land with disgrace and that they shall have a great punishment in world hereafter” (5:34).

And tells us that “for them (the unbelievers) garments of fire shall be cut and there shall be poured over their heads boiling water whereby whatever is in their bowels and skin shall be dissolved and they will be punished with hooked iron rods” (22:19-22) and that they not only will have “disgrace in this life, but on the Day of Judgment He shall make them taste the Penalty of burning (Fire)” (22:9).

The Qur’an says that “those who invoke a god other than Allah not only should meet punishment in this world but the Penalty on the Day of Judgment will be doubled to them, and they will dwell therein in ignominy” (25:68).

For those who “believe not in Allah and His Messenger, He has prepared, for those who reject Allah, a Blazing Fire!” (48:13). Although we are asked to be compassionate amongst each other, we have to be “harsh with unbelievers”, our Christian, Jewish and Atheist neighbours and colleagues (48:29). As for him who does not believe in Islam, the Prophet announces with a “stern command”: “Seize ye him, and bind ye him, And burn ye him in the Blazing Fire. Further, make him march in a chain, whereof the length is seventy cubits! This was he that would not believe in Allah Most High. And would not encourage the feeding of the indigent! So no friend hath he here this Day. Nor hath he any food except the corruption from the washing of wounds, Which none do eat but those in sin.” (69:30-37)

The Qur’an prohibits a Muslim from befriending a non-believer even if that non-believer is the father or the brother of that Muslim (9:23), (3:28). Our holy book asks us to be disobedient towards the disbelievers and their governments and strive against the unbelievers with great endeavour” (25:52) and be stern with them because they belong to Hell (66:9).

The holy Prophet prescribes fighting for us and tells us that “it is good for us even if we dislike it” (2:216). Then he advises us to “strike off the heads of the disbelievers”; and after making a “wide slaughter among them, carefully tie up the remaining captives” (47:4). Our God has promised to “instill terror into the hearts of the unbelievers” and has ordered us to “smite above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them” (8:12).

He also assures us that when we kill in his name “it is not us who slay them but Allah, in order that He might test the Believers by a gracious trial from Himself” (8:17). He orders us “to strike terror into the hearts of the enemies” (8:60). He has made the Jihad mandatory and warns us that “Unless we go forth, (for Jihad) He will punish us with a grievous penalty, and put others in our place” (9:39). Allah speaks to our Holy Prophet and says “O Prophet! strive hard against the unbelievers and the hypocrites, and be stern against them. Their abode is Hell – an evil refuge indeed” (9:73).

He promises us that in the fight for His cause whether we slay or are slain we return to the garden of Paradise (9:111). In Paradise he will “wed us with Houris (celestial virgins) pure beautiful ones” (56:54), and unite us with large-eyed beautiful ones while we recline on our thrones set in lines (56:20).

There we are promised to eat and drink pleasantly for what we did (56:19). He also promises “boys like hidden pearls” (56:24) and “youth never altering in age like scattered pearls” (for those who have paedophiliac inclinations) (76:19). As you see, Allah has promised all sorts or rewards, gluttony and unlimited sex to Muslim men who kill unbelievers in his name. We will be admitted to Paradise where we shall find “goodly things, beautiful ones, pure ones confined to the pavilions that man has not touched them before nor jinni” (56:67-71).

In the West we enjoy freedom of belief but we are not supposed to give such freedom to anyone else because it is written “If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to Allah), never will it be accepted of him; and in the Hereafter He will be in the ranks of those who have lost (All spiritual good) (3:85). And He orders us to fight them on until there is no more tumult and faith in Allah is practiced everywhere (8:39).

As for women, the book of Allah says that they are inferior to men and their husbands have the right to scourge them if they are found disobedient (4:34). It advises a husband to beat his wife with sticks. (38:44). It teaches that women will go to hell if they are disobedient to their husbands (66:10). It maintains that men have an advantage over the women (2:228).

It not only denies the women’s equal right to their inheritance (4:11-12), it also regards them as imbeciles and decrees that their witness is not admissible in the courts of law (2:282). This means that a woman who is raped cannot accuse her rapist unless she can produce a male witness.

Our Holy Prophet allows us to marry up to four wives and he licensed us to sleep with our slave maids and as many ‘captive’ women as we may have (4:3) even if those women are already married. He himself did just that. This is why anytime a Muslim army subdues another nation, they call them kafir and allow themselves to rape their women. Pakistani soldiers allegedly raped up to 250,000 Bengali women in 1971 after they massacred 3,000,000 unarmed civilians when their religious leader decreed that Bangladeshis are un-Islamic. This is why the prison guards in Islamic regime of Iran rape the women that in their opinion are apostates prior to killing them, as they believe a virgin will not go to Hell.

      • Quiet Rider says:

Finally, someone who recognizes evil when he sees it and tells it like it is! Thank you for your comment!

      • Channa. You might think you have made good points with those Quranic references. One thing I want you to know is that God didn’t create Heaven and Earth for fun. God created evil and good. God himself created Satan, he created paradise and hell, God created you and your means of living. So therefore, God fear no one. So, for God to be God, he will test you on earth so you can fear him more. Quranic references that justify jihad, killings of non Muslims, if you read between the lines, Quran tells us to shun immorality and violence that unbelievers may be afflicting to us. Islam does not recognize killing of innocent unbelievers unless they trespass Islamic peace. So, you might think for God to have approved killing in the Holy Book makes Islam an ungrateful religion, good. But if you think of the fact that God himself can destroy both Muslims and Unbelievers anytime he wishes, you will fear God more. Death is a necessity for both believers and unbelievers. The supreme God even killed all hisbprophets not to talk of mere believers like us. Get the point, it takes God nothing to wipe off human race, how many generations have he destroyed, we can’t count. So, what’s your definition of peace? Is it when mankind go astray in their believes or when mankind adhere to the teachings of God. Which is graver between the punishment here or the punishment of the hereafter. And for you not to pollute new generation minds about your disbelief, its better to sacrifice it with your life. OK, let me ask you a question? Why do you Christians say Jesus Christ died for your sins? Definitely, you believe in sacrifice. And if a sacrifice is not made on time, the consequences may be disastrous.
Islam is a religion of peace but when unbelievers decide to infringe into the laws and rules of Islam, you are permitted to wage war against unbelievers in the name of God. All these because, world can not be polluted with unbelievers ideology. Because the wrath of Allah in the hereafter is far far more unbearable compared to whatever calamity mankind face on earth.

18 “He that believeth in Him is not condemned; but He that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

19 And this is the condemnation: that Light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.”

Don’t quote John chapter for me, as they are written by John, a man. I accept your Genesis verse. Why can’t for God sake, Christians leave this John chapter for a while and think straight on physical and scientific things they see today, relate it to Quranic verses and let’s see who is truthful. Please, don’t quote today bible, mostly words edited by men for me. Let’s hit the nail on the head. Give me a punchline, I wanna be convinced Christianity is the truth. When you say your God is not evil in nature, why did in the book of Noah, he destroyed the world with water and made unbelievers die a painful death. What of Pharaoh and his people who drown, isnt God too wicked? Why did he abolish his best angel, Satan, because Satan couldn’t bow to Adam? Why did God place Apple in the Garden of eden and warn Adam not to eat, didn’t he know that Satan will tempt them? All these because I want you to know that God created good and evil. He does whatever he pleases, follow his right path and be safe before its too late. Once you die, no remedy

3 who forgiveth all thine iniquities, who healeth all thy diseases,

4 who redeemeth thy life from destruction, who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies,

5 who satisfieth thy mouth with good things, so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

6 The Lord executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

7 He made known His ways unto Moses, His acts unto the children of Israel.

8 The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and plenteous in mercy.

9 He will not always chide, neither will He keep His anger for ever.

10 He hath not dealt with us according to our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is His mercy toward them that fear Him.

12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath He removed our transgressions from us.

13 As a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear Him.

14 For He knoweth our frame; He remembereth that we are dust.

15 As for man, his days are as grass; as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.

16 For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.

17 But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear Him, and His righteousness unto children’s children,

18 to such as keep His covenant, and to those that remember His commandments to do them.

19 The Lord hath prepared His throne in the heavens, and His Kingdom ruleth over all.

20 Bless the Lord, ye His angels that excel in strength, that do His commandments, hearkening unto the voice of His word.

21 Bless ye the Lord, all ye His hosts, ye ministers of His, that do His pleasure.

22 Bless the Lord, all His works, in all places of His dominion. Bless the Lord, O my soul!

          Firstly:
It is proven in the saheeh Sunnah that the Qur’an will intercede for its companions on the Day of Resurrection. Muslim (804) narrated that Abu Umaamah al-Baahili said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) say: “Read the Qur’aan, for it will come on the Day of Resurrection interceding for its companions.”
Imam Ahmad (6589) narrated from ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Fasting and the Qur’an will intercede for a person on the Day of Resurrection. Fasting will say: O Lord, I kept him from his food and desires during the day; let me intercede for him. And the Qur’an will say: I kept him from sleeping during the night; let me intercede for him. And they will be allowed to intercede.”

          Secondly:
Just as the Qur’an will intercede for its companions on the Day of Resurrection, it will also testify against those who went against it by neglecting it, ignoring its obligations and transgressing against the limits it set.
Muslim (223) narrated that Abu Maalik al-Ash‘ari said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “The Qur’aan is evidence for you or against you.”
Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
Either it will be for you, if you sought to draw close to Allah means of it, and you fulfilled the obligations towards the Holy Qur’an, namely believing its stories, obeying its commands, heeding its prohibitions and venerating and respecting the Holy Qur’an, in which case it will be proof for you,
Or it will be the opposite, if you disrespected the Qur’an and neglected its words and meanings and failed to act upon it, and you did not fulfil the obligations towards it. In that case it will be a witness against you on the Day of Resurrection.
End quote from Sharh Riyadh as-Saaliheen, p. 30
Ibn Hibbaan narrated in his Saheeh (124) from Jaabir that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “The Qur’an is an intercessor whose intercession will be accepted and an opponent whose testimony will be accepted. Whoever puts it in front of him, it will lead him to Paradise, and whoever puts it behind his back, it will drive him to Hell.”
Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in as-Saheehah, 2019; ad-Daaraqutni mentioned it in al-‘Ilal, 5/102, where he said that it was mawqoof and its isnaad stopped at Ibn Mas‘ood.
Ibn Hibbaan said, commenting on this hadeeth:
This is a report from the wording of which one who does not have deep knowledge may think that the Qur’an is something created, but that is not the case. The Arabs may give the name of a thing to its cause and they may give the name of the cause to the thing. Because acting in accordance with the Qur’an will lead a person to Paradise, the name of that thing, which is acting in accordance with the Qur’an, is given to its cause, which is the Qur’an. It does not mean that the Qur’an is created.
          an-Nihaayah, 4/636
an-Mannaawi (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
It says in az-Zaahir: What is meant is that the one against whom the Qur’an testifies and says that he fell short and neglected it will be in Hell. And it is said: Do not make the Qur’an an opponent, i.e., to testify against you.
End quote from Fayd al-Qadeer, 4/699
It was narrated by Ibn Abi Shaybah in al-Musannaf (30667), Ibn Qutaybah in Ta’weel Mukhtalif al-Hadeeth (p. 258), Ibn ad-Durays in Fadaa’il al-Qur’an (89), via Muhammad ibn Ishaaq, from ‘Amr ibn Shu‘ayb, from his father, that his grandfather said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) say:
“The Qur’an will appear on the Day of Resurrection in the form of a man who will bring the man who learned it but went against its commands. It will appear as a disputant against him and will say: O Lord, You made him learn about me but what a bad learner he was; he transgressed my limits, neglected my obligations, disobeyed me and did not obey me. It will keep throwing accusations at him until it is said: Do what you like with him. Then it will take him by the hand and will not let him go until it throws him onto a rock in Hell. And it will bring a righteous man who learned it and adhered to its teachings. It will appear as a defendant and will say: O Lord, You made him learn about me and what a good learner he was; he respected my limits, did the obligatory duties, avoided the sins mentioned in me and obeyed my instructions. And it will keep presenting arguments in his favour until it is said: Do what you like with him. Then it will take him by the hand and will not let him go until it dresses him in brocade and puts on him the crown of a king.”
This is a da‘eef (weak) isnaad, because Ibn Ishaaq is mudallis and used the word ‘an (narrating from, i.e., he did not state clearly that he heard it directly). But al-Bukhaari (may Allah have mercy on him) said in his book Khalq Af‘aal al-‘Ibaad (474):
‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him): “The Qur’an will appear in the form of a man on the Day of Resurrection and will intercede for its companions.”
Zuhayr ibn Harb told me: Ya‘qoob ibn Ibraaheem told us: my father told me from Ibn Ishaaq, and ‘Amr ibn Shu‘ayb ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr told me, from his father, from his grandfather: I heard this from the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him). Abu ‘Abdullah (i.e., al-Bukhaari) said: “This is his earnings and his deeds.” End quote.
So it is proven that Ibn Ishaaq heard the hadeeth from ‘Amr ibn Shu‘ayb, thus the hadeeth is proven.
The words “The Qur’an will appear on the Day of Resurrection…” mean that his recitation of the Qur’an will appear to him.

It was narrated by Ibn Abi Shaybah (30676) and ad-Daarimi (3325) from ash-Sha‘bi, from Ibn Mas‘ood who said: “The Qur’an will come on the Day of Resurrection and will intercede for its companion, and it will lead him to Paradise, or it will testify against (a person) and will drive him to Hell. Ash-Sha‘bi did not hear from Ibn Mas‘ood, as it says in al-Maraaseel by Ibn Abi Haatim (p. 25).
But there is a corroborating report that says: “The Qur’an is an intercessor whose intercession will be accepted and an opponent whose testimony will be accepted. Whoever puts it in front of him, it will lead him to Paradise, and whoever puts it behind his back, it will drive him to Hell.”
          This was narrated via a number of isnaads from Ibn Mas‘ood (may Allah be pleased with him).See: Fadaa’il al-Qur’an by al-Firyaabi (20); Fadaa’il al-Qur’an by Abu ‘Ubayd (44); Fadaa’il al-Qur’an by Ibn Durays (94); az-Zuhd by Imam Ahmad (p. 155); Shu‘ab al-Eemaan by al-Bayhaqi (2010); al-Mu‘jam al-Kabeer by at-Tabaraani (8655).
From the above it is clear that just as the Qur’an will testify for its companions on the Date of Resurrection, it will also testify against those who went against it.

          Question
what’s the importance of the BlackStone in Kaaba, what does represent ?
          Answer
          Praise be to Allaah.
There are a number of ahaadeeth etc. about the Black Stone which we will quote for our brother so that he may learn from them.
          1. The Black Stone was sent down by Allaah to this earth from Paradise.
It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbaas said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The Black Stone came down from Paradise.”
(Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 877; al-Nasaa’i, 2935. The hadeeth was classed as saheeh by al-Tirmidhi).
          2. The Stone was whiter than milk, but the sins of the sons of Adam made it black.
It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbaas said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “When the Black Stone came down from Paradise, it was whiter than milk, but the sins of the sons of Adam made it black.”
(Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 877; Ahmad, 2792. Classed as saheeh by Ibn Khuzaymah, 4/219. Al-Haafiz ibn Hajar classed it as qawiy (strong) in Fath al-Baari, 3/462).
          (a) Al-Mubaarakfoori said in al-Marqaah: This means, the sins of the sons of Adam who touched the stone, caused it to turn black. The hadeeth should be taken at face value, because there is no reason not to, either narrated in a report or by virtue of common sense.
          (Tuhfat al-Ahwadhi, 3/525)
          (b) Al-Haafiz ibn Hajar said: Some heretics tried to criticize this hadeeth by saying: How come the sins of the mushrikeen turned it black and the worship of the people of Tawheed did not make it white?
I answer by quoting what Ibn Qutaybah said: If Allaah had willed, that would have happened. But Allaah has caused it to be the case that black usually changes other colours and its not itself changed, which is the opposite to what happens with white.
          (c) Al-Muhibb al-Tabari said: The fact that it is black is a lesson for those who have insight. If sins can have this effect on an inanimate rock, then the effect they have on the heart is greater.
          See Fath al-Baari, 3/463
          3. The Black Stone will come forth on the Day of Resurrection and will testify in favour of those who touched it in truth.
It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbaas said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said concerning the Stone: “By Allaah, Allaah will bring it forth on the Day of Resurrection, and it will have two eyes with which it will see and a tongue with which it will speak, and it will testify in favour of those who touched it in sincerity.”
          Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 961; Ibn Maajah, 2944
This hadeeth was classed as hasan by al-Tirmidhi, and as qawiy by al-Haafiz ibn Hajar in Fath al-Baari, 3/462
          (4) Touching, kissing or pointing to the Black Stone – this is the first thing to be done when starting Tawaaf, whether it is for Hajj or ‘Umrah, or voluntary Tawaaf.
It was narrated from Jaabir ibn ‘Abd-Allaah (may Allaah be pleased with him) that when the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) came to Makkaah, he came to the Black Stone and touched it, then he walked to the right of it and ran three times and walked four times [around the Ka’bah].
          (narrated by Muslim, 1218).
          (5) The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) kissed the Black Stone, and his ummah followed his lead in doing so.
It was narrated that ‘Umar (may Allaah be pleased with him) came to the Black Stone and kissed it, then he said: “I know that you are only a stone which can neither bring benefit nor cause harm. Were it not that I had seen the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) kiss you, I would not have kissed you.”
          (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 1520; Muslim, 1720)
          (6) If a person is unable to kiss the Stone, he should touch it with his hand or something else, then he can kiss the thing with which he touched it.
          (a) It was narrated that Naafi’ said: I saw Ibn ‘Umar touch the Stone with his hand then he kissed his hand. I said, I have never ceased to do this since I saw the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) do it.
          (Narrated by Muslim, 1268)
          (b) It was narrated that Abu Tufayl (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: I saw the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) performing Tawaaf around the House, touching the corner [where the Stone is] with a crooked staff which he had with him, then kissing the staff.
          (Narrated by Muslim, 1275).
          (7) If a person is unable to do the above, then he can point to it with his hand and say “Allaahu akbar”.
It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbaas said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) performed Tawaaf on his camel, and every time he came to the corner [where the Stone is] he would point to it and say “Allaahu akbar.”
          (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 4987).
          (8) Touching the Stone is one of the things by means of which Allaah expiates for sins
It was narrated that Ibn ‘Umar said: I heard the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say: “Touching them both [the Black Stone and al-Rukn al-Yamani] is an expiation for sins.”
(Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 959. This hadeeth was classed as hasan by al-Tirmidhi and as saheeh by al-Haakim (1/664). Al-Dhahabi agreed with him).
It is not permissible for a Muslim to annoy other Muslims at the Stone by hitting or fighting. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) told us that the Stone will testify in favour of those who touched it in sincerity, which is not the case when a person touches it by disturbing the slaves of Allaah.

Here’s a one liner for the “King of Kings” hadith: one of the God’s ninety-nine names is “al-Malik” (the King) and none, even the Persian shahanshah (literally, “king of kings”), is above Him. This explains why the caliphate conquered the Sasanian Empire.

No reference to the first letter of St. Timothy as the early Muslims did not have an Arabic Bible in hand. The first Arabic translation came a few years before the second millennium A.D. Now who’s following a false king, or false messiah?
